The mystical magical land of Mystica had been divided into Northern Front and Southern SeaPort for a century due to a bloody civil war lasting 7 years between the citizens who clashed among themselves on how and who to rule the land after the king had been removed from power and murdered due to a coup let by the military who deemed the king unfit to rule.

People who believed in the military power stayed loyal towards them and believed that the land will regain its prestige and pride it had lost. The lower class people (peasants, farmers, cobblers etc) and lower middle class people of the land felt that the military rule recognised them. 

However, not everyone favoured the rule of the military.

These people favoured the king’s rule. They were mostly the upper and higher middle class. The king favoured them and the laws passed were to these classes’ benefit.
