The beauty to life

I look the time and stop writing. I close my diary and leave it by the desk. I switch off the lamp and head towards the small and cosy bed waiting for me by the windows. The only light coming in was from the moonlight outside the window, bright and beautiful. As I lay on my bed, I wonder how it’s like to be a moon, always fighting the darkness, wonder if it ever got tired. And all these thoughts roam around my mind until I get tired enough to doze off. The last thing on my mind before I lose myself in the dreamless sleep is I lived one more day...
