     "Why do we have to go so far away?" A pretty male asked, his eyes never leaving the side rear mirror of the vehicle as he began to touch up his complexion once again, in fear of being unattractive to the man beside him. Yongguk rolled his eyes at HImchan and lightly took one of said male's hands into his large ones, intertwining their fingers and tracing the pale skin in circles with his thumb. "Well it's not my fault you wanted to spend time outside, alone." Yongguk responded. Couldn't he just spend time with Himchan and not be questioned for once?

     Himchan grunted out in reply and nudge his lover in the arm with one of his sharp elbows. "We've been driving for over an hour now, Guk. You didn't even let me apply my makeup this evening. " He complained in his defense and pouted. Yongguk couldn't help but smile a bit at the expression and looked over towards the endless road he's been following for some time. Himchan looked outside the window. The visual had no idea where they were going, and it made him scared in a way. Going outside with a bare, make-up less face was something The Kim Himchan would never dare to do. 

     Yongguk squeezed the hand in his comfortingly, taking a side glance over at his boyfriend. "You don't need to worry; where we're going has no cameras. " He reassured before pausing. "You always look beautiful, by the way. " He added, and Himchan almost believed him if it wasn't the fact that the mirror was right in front of his face. 

     "Yeah right, hyung. My hair is messed up and I'm almost as pale as the white sheets you love to fu- " Himchan's ramble was abruptly cutt off with a warning look from his lover, and he smiled sheepishly in return. "Sorry. " He apologized and his other hand went to slide onto Yongguk's thigh, patting it with a guilty gaze. The look Yongguk gave him always made him feel bad, and everytime he would receive that gaze he just shut up. 

     Yongguk laughed at Himchan's sudden change in demeanor and Himchan knew he was forgiven. "You're still flawless, either way. You look y, even. " He defended and pulled into an empty spot, turning off the engine and smiling as he saw the area. Being the gentleman he was, the rapper got out of the car and walked over to the ulzzang's side, opening the door for him. Himchan acknowledged his actions and slid out of the vehicle before he wrapped his arms around the taller's neck and placed a chaste kiss onto his thick lips. Yongguk hummed at the reward and his lips slowly tugged up into a grin as the vixen pulled away.

     "Wow.." The shorter breathed out as he looked at the appearence before him. It was a breathtaking sight, and he felt his heart race. It was six in the afternoon, and the sand was toastily warm, the waves crashing against the soft grains and sliding back into the water. The beach. He precisely remembered the conversation he had with his lover a week before, and couldn't help but smile. "You're amazing, Yongguk. " 

     "I know I am, and guess what else I brought?" Yongguk responded as he went over to the trunk of his car, bringing out a paper lantern that was big enough to let him wrap his arms around it. "You didn't. " Himchan gaped at him, and the other just held up a lighter as well. "Oh, I did. " 

     "You're officially the best boyfriend anyone could have. " Himchan concluded as Yongguk set the lantern on the sand carefully. The blonde was suddenly lifted into the air and he let out a loud laugh that chimed in Yongguk's ears. The larger of the two held Himchan closed to him, and said male began to nuzzle his head into the crook of his neck. "I love you. " Himchan said affectionately and craned his neck to look at the sun slowly setting just before them. "I love you too." Yongguk replied with the same amount of care in his voice. 

     They embraced for a while longer in silence, sharing few kisses and lots of smiles and loving looks. The sun had disappeared quickly and all that was left was the night sky covered in bright stars and a large moon that illuminated Himchan's white skin that Yongguk loved to run his hands over. Yongguk set Himchan down on his feet again once he thought it was time. "Ready?" Yongguk asked and took the lantern on one side, Himchan taking the other. The girly male nodded excitedly as he wrapped his arms around the edges of the lantern and hoisted it up. "Be careful when you're lighting it up, babe. " He warned with a gentle smile. 

     Yongguk nodded in agreement and smiled back, all gums and all and Himchan felt like he was falling in love all over again. "Okay, I'm lighting it up now. " He notified and flicked the rough edge of the lighter to flames, and the lantern began to lighten with bursts of warm colors, the light inside to thin outside of the paper. 

     They looked into each other's eyes as they lifted the beautiful craft into the sky, and smiled as it began to float in the night air. The taller of the two wrapped his arms around Himchan and looked over at the lone lantern in the sky. Himchan's back rested softly against his chest and the male could feel the soft thumping of his heart. 

     "I love you, Yongguk. " He mumbled as they both watched the light trail off into the sky, and Yongguk smiled into the crown of Himchan's hair.

     "I love you more than the moon, the stars, and the sky above. "
