Description
Choi Saeron remembers that day as a child... the day the world turned into a pit of darkness...
There exists a group of six mysterious boys that are what they call themselves "shadows". They are highly skilled assassins of the Citadel. Due to their great success, they become known as the dark princes.
After the destruction of her hometown, Saeron was adopted by the Cathedral. For three years, she was guided in heaven's light, earning the title of an archangel. When the Cathedral celebrates with a masquerade ball, it falls victim to the Citadel, where she finds herself shrouded in the shadows.
Now a member of the Dark Citadel, Saeron endured four years of working alongside the dark princes, despite the deep hatred she has for them. Even though all around her are shadows, she still has the light within her. What happens, however, when that light is dulled? Saeron gets caught in the midst of the light and the dark whenever she's with him.
Will she convert to the dark side?
Will she bring him to the light instead?
Or will fate decide that they can't be together?

Ohaider! This is my second fanfiction and I hope you'll enjoy it!
Please feel free to give me any kind of feedback so that I can improve.
A few things to help better understand my fanfiction:
1. I describe characters based on their hair and facial features, not really so much by what they're wearing. I probably will describe their outfits a bit in this fanfic though.
2. I describe Beast mostly on their hair as depicted in the Shadow MV. Here's a picture:
3. Each Beast member has the same kind of abilities, such as being able to hide completely in the shadows, walk through walls by turning into a shadow themselves, link shadows, stuff like that.
4. Saeron's crystal necklace changes colors according to her mood. The strength of her mood reflects the intensity of the color.
COLOR CHART:
red - frustrated, anger, irate
orange - nervous, anxious, worried
yellow - content, happy, overjoyed
green - calm, curious, intrigued
blue - sad, hurt, depressed
purple - bored, confused, conflicted
pink - cute, embarrassed, love
5. I didn't make this clear in the fanfic itself regarding their ages, but I might as well clarify it here. In total, the entire time skip is 7 years. I just broke it up into two time skips (3 years of the Cathedral, and 4 years of the Citadel). Here are their ages after the total 7 years, which begins at chapter 4 (titled "III") :

Doojoon - 25
Hyunseung - 24
Junhyung - 24
Gikwang - 23
Yoseop - 23
Dongwoon - 22

6. The overall rating for the fanfic is PG-13, but there will be chapters with an M rating because of violence, some language, and suggestive/intimate themes.
7. This entire fanfiction will be written in third-person point of view [POV].
