*This is a fluffy chapter, Yay! ^^

The doorknob turned slowly and as the door creaked open, a young girl of about 5 years old peered into her parents’ bedroom.  The child pushed the door

all the way open and stepped in with a smile on her face.

The little girl found it weird. Her Appa would usually be in the room, expecting her. A frown replaced the smile on her face.

“Appa?” The child called out. She started to sink in disappointment, wondering if her Appa went to a business trip the night before, and only said goodbye

to her when she was sleeping.

“Boo!” A figure from behind spooked the little girl, who almost cried. She turned behind to see who the figure was, only to be greeted by the sight of the

person she was looking for. Instead of being angry, she flashed a big smile at the person in front of her.

“Appa!” The little girl chirped and jumped repeatedly as she held up her hand, wanting to be carried.

Yuri bent down and lifted her precious daughter up. The child immediately latched onto her Appa and giggled as Yuri nuzzled her face down into her neck.

She liked it whenever her Appa did it.

“Would you help Appa choose a tie?” Yuri asked the smiling little girl in her arms, who nodded vigorously in reply.

Yuri went to the bedroom’s walk-in closet as she carried her daughter and made her way to a wooden dresser. She pulled out one of its drawer, which

contained a collection of colorful neckties, and turned her gaze back to the little girl in her arms.

“So… which tie should Appa wear?” 

The child glanced down and carefully examined the ties, the enormous collection made it harder for her to choose a tie that will suit her Appa the best.

She almost frowned, but a lone navy blue tie with small gold polka dots in the left upper corner caught her eyes. Yes, her Appa will look good with it.

“That one!” She pointed down at her chosen tie and looked at her Appa’s reaction. A small grin formed on her face when Yuri approved of her

choice by giving her a smile and a kiss on the cheek. She loved it whenever she made her Appa happy.

“Soojung-ah, come down here and eat your breakfast!” A loud, but feminine voice from downstairs called out. Yuri smiled as she saw her daughter's smile

turned into a scowl and shook her little head. Yuri knew what was coming next.

“Umma, I’m not coming down without Appa!” Soojung replied stubbornly as she wrapped her arms possessively around her Appa’s neck, and firmly rested

her head on Yuri’s shoulder. 

Yuri roared with laughter at her daughter’s adorable possessiveness and affectionately kissed her forehead, thinking that waking up every morning

was definitely worth it.

A young woman with long black hair and doe eyes stood behind the door of her Appa’s office. She was contemplating whether to knock or just leave.

After a few minutes, she took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

“Come in.” She heard her Appa said.

She slowly opened the door and peeked inside the room. She frowned when she saw her Appa writing on some document in deep concentration. She never

wanted to disturb her Appa whenever she was busy. She looked down at the item in her hand, suddenly regretting about barging in.

“Yoona! What are you doing out there? Come to Appa and give me a hug!” Yuri stood up from her office chair and gestured at Yoona, who was now standing

awkwardly at the door with her hands behind her. This didn’t go unnoticed to Yuri.

“What’s wrong?” Yuri asked out of concern. She immediately left her office desk area and went straight to her daughter.

Yoona reluctantly looked at Yuri, worried that the item in her hand interrupted her busy Appa. She stuck her hand out in front of Yuri and looked down in

shame.

Yuri eyed the white envelope in front of her and took it. She quickly fished out the information inside it and immediately gasped in surprise. T
