In this chapter I will put delicious Real Fruit smoothie recipes.... These smoothies are made with 100% real, organic fruit and no sugar (unless you count honey as sugar)
Let's begin!
Smoothie #1: BanaPeach
(makes 2 cups & only 131.5 calories per cup)
Ingredients:
1 medium banana 1 peach 1/2 cup of milk (1%, 2%, skim milk or almond milk)Directions:
Wash fruit Measure 1/2 cup of milk Pour milk into blender Cut banana and put into blender Cut peach skin off and remove pit Slice peach and put into blender Blend well and enjoy
Smoothie #1: BlueBanaPeach
(makes 2 cups & only 139.5 calories per cup)
Ingredients:
1 medium banana 1 peach 10 blueberries 1/2 cup of milk (1%, 2%, skim milk or almond milk)Directions:
Wash fruit Measure 1/2 cup of milk Pour milk into blender Drop blueberries into blender Cut banana and pu
