i this chapter today we'll discuss how to strengthen our waist muscle so that we can have the slim waists like our favorite Kpop stars and or models or actresses.
Waist Exercises
first thing first, pick an exercise. I like to do a mixture of SNSD Jessica's waist workout and Kara Gu Hara's workout with a little abs work out by Spankie Valentine on YouTube.
I try to do Hara & Jessica's workout 3x a day 5 days a week, but I have a lot of stuff to do lately. So, try to make the exercise as important as eating breakfast lunch and dinner everyday. It'll help to make you commit to the workouts. I'll share the videos with you guys now, I guess:
