Dark Circles
☆ Beauty Tips and Tutorials ☆Dark Circles, everyone gets them. Some people think they are y and some think it's scary but we all get them.
Why do we?
- Lack of sleep can cause dark circles. This is one of the main reasons and is most common.
- Allegies, Asthma and Eczema. These three can cause dark circles to due rubbing or scratching the skin area below or around your eyes.
- A bad diet as the lack of nutrients can cause discoloration in your skin. Also the lack of the mineral Iron can cause dark circles because of the body tissues not getting enough oxygen to them
- Some people can get it genetically
- Sun Exposure which can excess skin pigmentations and cause discoloration so use sunscreen.
- Age. It's simply because of the reason that when you get older; the skin loses collagen, becomes thinner and is more translucent and make veins show.
- The skin around your eyes is in fact the THINNEST skin area of the body.
How to get rid of them:
- Sleep Well (At least 8 hours)
- Treat your allergies
- Eat healthy
- Drink a lot of water!
You can also use a concealer under your eyes to hide your dark circles. Make sure that the concealer is close to your skin tone so that it gives off a natural look.
