RULES
001 : be active yo. three days of inactivity and you're out.
002 : and yuri are allowed but limited to three couples.
003 : one account per mouth,  who uses two mouths to drink?
004 : ooc goes in brackets. try to limit the usage of it though.
005 : no drama. no ooc drama either. they go to them p/a's.
006 : if anything, like hiatus, r/s, leaving, mention the base.

008 : relationships 2 days after joining, once both have reached 100+ tweets.
009 : no face-chasing. no being biased either. don't leave anyone out as well.

HOW TO JOIN
001 : check the masterlist for available idols.
002 : if you're unsure of who to be, check the wishlist.
003 : comment your reservation along with the password.
004 : wait for admin's approval before making your account.
005 : reservations last for three days.
006 : username format should be (idolname)exr a.k.a krystalexr
007 : your bio has to include @elixirrp.
008 : follow the base and admins and tweet the base to announce your arrival.
009 : wait for verification. do not talk to anyone before the admins verify you.
010 : last but not least, follow the rules and have fun!
