Lee Hyukjae, who is 20 years old, lost his parents due to a car accident. He was the only one that survived the car crash. He's now an orphan. As people are only counted as a adult when they turn 21, the court decided to find him a guardian. They tried to track down his relatives but found out the both his parents were the only child and his grandparents were dead. Most of his relatives had migrated too. After further searching, they found some one. And his name is Lee Donghae, a 23 years old orphan too.

Donghae agreed because he pity Hyukjae and he just love helping people. Hyukjae on the other hand thinks that Donghae agreed because he is after his fortune.
