Things don’t always work out the way you expect them to, and I, Choi Minjung, am painfully aware of that. I screw up a lot, but so do plenty of other people. Just that thought alone is what can keep me sane when I’m on the brink of a breakdown. And who hasn’t experienced a breakdown? We live in a stressful and fast-paced world, not to mention, I’m about to start my third year of high school, I’m second in my class, and I’m wonderfully imperfect: I know what it means to be stressed out and don’t you tell me otherwise. But why am I so concerned about being perfect? I guess it’s because I’ve gotten myself in quite a few tight spots, I suppose. I’d tell you about them but that take a while. Plus, the list would keep getting longer as time goes by. But praise the Lord! We’re all imperfect and we can all share our flaws with each other. In this way, we’re not alone, and hey, we can make some new friends.

Oh, friends? I have a few. I have two brothers as well, but I can tell you about them later.

I’ve been with most of my current friends since childhood as most of us live in the same neighborhood. And I met the rest of my friends during my first year of high school. Yeah, I know. I talked about making new friends earlier, but I haven’t actually made new friends in quite some time… but that’s my own problem. Maybe I’ll talk about it another time.

Anyway, my name is Choi Minjung, I’m in my last year of high school, and hopefully this year will run as smoothly as possible!

Foreword

Yes, as Choi Minjung knows, we all make mistakes. Sometimes they’re serious, sometimes they aren’t. In some cases, it’s not really a mistake, but a misunderstanding. The point is that there will be bumps in the road and there’s a possibility that you’ll crash, but there’s also a high chance that you won’t. For now, just keep going and we’ll see what happens. Piece of advice: when you fall, it’s best to pick yourself back up because you’ll get nowhere lying on the ground.

Oh, and you might like to know that having a blog is a great way of expressing yourself or to just to pass time. Minjung and her friends certainly know that (well, as do many other teenagers). Now, go! Join Minjung and her friends and embark on their adventure called "life"!

hey.
so I've been wanting to write a shinee au for months and I finally did something about it.
believe it or not, but "the misconceptions of..." was in the original title I had planned for this.
like, before those two albums came out.
woah, crazy.
I ended up changing it to "the misconceptions of you and me" because....why not?
idk how often I'll update, but subscribe and I'll be happy :)
subscribers and comments are quite motivating.
I'm currently on summer vacation, so I'll start writing soon.
