Selfish
"I'm giving up.... I can't stay here anymore... I... I don't deserve to live anymore..."
Tao spoke to himself in a hushed whisper as he walked to the roof of his school that would claim his fate.
He stood right before edge looking down at the grass below.
It was a bright green.
It was happy, and Tao wasn't.
He could never be happy.
He took in a deep breath.
When he let it out he heard his name being called, "TAO!"
I familiar voice rang in his ears.
He knew the voice all to well,
What is he doing...
"STOP, TAO!" The voice came again just then, slender arms wrapped around his chest and pulled him back.
The other's head was placed on his shoulder.
His body felt electricity shoot through it at the touch.
He pulled away and turned around.
"Don't jump..." The blond spoke.
"Zelo..." Tao whispered.
"I'm selfish and I need you here with me..." Zelo begged with sad filled eyes.
Tao's heart broke at the sight.
He wanted nothing more at that moment then for a smile to replace that frown on Zelo's lips.
He immediately hugged him tightly, "I'm sorry, Zelo... I won't leave..."
