In 20 years ago, there was a poor family which consists of a husband and a pregnant wife. The husband's name was Yeongsu and the wife's was Jaeun. Everyday Yeongsu worked hard to earn some money to buy healthy food for his wife. Jaeun's body became bigger and bigger. She couldn't stand long because she was too tired. The baby inside her womb was too heavy.

 

After a few months, Jaeun felt her body was painful. At that time, Yeongsu wasn't there.

 

"Yeongsu oppa~! oppa~! where are you?" cried Jaeun painfully. Unfortunately, when she passed through the door she fell down. "Ouch! oppa, oppa help me!" screamed Jaeun painfully. She began bleeding.

 

A few minutes later Yeongsu came. "Oh my god! What happened to you Jae?" Yeongsu took Jaeun to the bedroom.

 

"Jae, Are you okay?" asked Yeongsu to Jaeun by calling his wife with her nickname.

 

"I feel like it's time to give birth to this baby" said Jaeun.

 

Thankfully a midwife was passing their house and heard Jaeun screaming. She knew that Jaeun was pregnant at that time since Jaeun is her niece and heard from the scream, she was ready to give birth. She came in immediately, ready to help. 

 

"Uwek, Uwek, Uwek" the sound of babies cried were heard. They were twins. Yeongsu and Jaeun thanked the midwife who is also their aunt and gave her some food as their thankful feeling. 

 

At that night, four members sat at the same room. Yeongsu ask Jaeun that their twins' names while he hold one of the babies. 

 

"Umm~ What should be the nice name for them?" asked Jaeun back to Yeongsu. 

 

After they both thought for about five to ten minutes, Yeongsu came out with some suggestion, "Why don't we name them Jaesu and Yeoneun?" 

 

"Jaesu and Yeoneun?? umm~ sound great. This is Jaesu and that Yeoneun" said Jaeun pointing her twins respectively.

 

Jaeun played with Yeoneun since she hold her that time but Yeoneun didn't give any respond. Then she noticed something strange about her. Her eyes were close. 

 

After a few days, they were told that Yeoneun was blind. In order to concentrate on taking care of Yeoneun, Yeongsu and Jaeun had decided to sell Jaesu. They know a family who wanted a child but they couldn't. So, Jaeun and Yeongsu sold Jaesu to them. Jaeun made Jaesu's new family to promise not to tell Jaesu who her real parents were.

 

Although Jaesu been sold by Yeongsu and wife, they still secretly came to look Jaesu from far but one week later the family brought Jaesu moved to another country which they didn't know where. 

 

16 years later, the twins were both teenagers. Jaesu was studying at Secondary school while Yeoneun had stopped studying due to his inability to see and insufficient money to pay the school fees.  

 

One day, Jaesu's homeroom teacher, teacher Seonyu wanted to assess all her students' background so she asked to tell who their parents were and give all information about them. 

 

"Okay class! i need your personal data. You must give me your name, birthday date, parent's name, ID number, phone number and any other important data. I want it by next week" explained teacher Seonyu. 

 

"Kring, Kring, Kring...!" the bell rang showed time to go home. All the students were quickly packed up as if their parents would leave them behind. Then at home Jaesu informed her parents what her teacher had asked but they were both busy so they didn't pay much attention. Since her parents were so busy, her mom asked her to look for her birth certificate by herself from her mother's drawer.

 

That night, "Dear, your mom and me are going to a function. Do you want to follow?" ask Jaesu's father to her. She shaked her head showing that she didn't want to follow. 

 

"Mom, my birth certificate is in your drawer, right?" asked Jaesu to make sure. Her mom nodded. 

 

After Jaesu send her parent to the car and watched them went out from the gate, she straight away went to her mother's office room and search or her certificate.

 

"What did Jaesu ask you just now?" asked Jaesu's father to his wife while he driving.

 

"When? .... oh~ she asked her birth certificate because her homeroom teacher told her to." answered the wife.

 

"birth certificate??" Jaesu's father braked suddenly.

 

Jaesu's mother shocked, "Honey, why?? it's dangerous, you know?" 

 

"Shouldn't the certificate be secret?? we had promise already." Jaesu's father panicked.

 

He then drove back to their house to stop Jaesu from seeing the certificate. When they arrived, they saw the certificate and Jaesu who lost unconcious on the floor.
