"Kyungsoo, have you heard?" Suho asked
"Hmm?" Kyungsoo looked at his hyung
"JongIn's sick." Chanyeol said
"Really?" Kyungsoo asked, "Good for him, that bastard."
Kai's been absent for like 4 days and it made the guys worried. The guys tried telling D.O. but ended up disappointed and sending death glares to the friend, they even thought that he will be concerned and all but the latter just continued reading a book.
Their home room teacher went up to him and asked him to bring Kai the given notes and assignments knowing that he's Kai's closest friend. He refused at first saying that Kai already found a better nerd so he better give the notes to that girl.
"But Kyungsoo-sshi, I can't give it to her if you don't tell me her name." The teacher pleaded
"I don't even know her name! Why don't you asked that stupid dorky student you wanted me to give too." he raised his voice at his teacher making him in big trouble
"Do Kyungsoo, the smartest kid in class. He's the smartest but the most irresponsible one. An old teacher just asked him to help her and yet he would totally raise his voice at her because he had a STUPID LOVE QUARREL with the kid she wanted to give these notes to." the teacher broke which made Kyungsoo get the notes and went to Kai's house.
"Lazy teacher." Kyungsoo mumbled as he knocked on Kai's door.
"Hmm?" a lame JongIn greeted "Soo?"
"Hey, I'm just gonna give.the.notes" Kyungsoo was surprised when JongIn hugged him
"Aww! Kyunggie! You came back to me."
"JongIn! JongIn! JongIn, you know your heavy right." JongIn's weight suddenly became heavier and that's when Kyungsoo noticed that Kai fell asleep while hugging him. He tried to push away JongIn and he fell on his .
"That hurts, Soo." Kai pouted then just laid there
"Good, I'm going now." Before he can even close the door Kai held his ankle
"Can you at least help me get to my room, I'm feeling really weak." he pleaded
"Aish, for a bully you are such a baby." Kyungsoo commented
"Yup, I'm YOUR baby." Kai smiled as the older helped him the get up.
Kyungsoo smiled at his stupid remarked "I hate it when you're sick, you keep on saying nonsense."
After helping Kai get to his room Kyungsoo immediately walked out but JongIn called out. It was weak and quiet, not like the JongIn he really knew
"Can you stay with me?" he asked
"I can't, I'll just call your mom."
"She already know."
"If she already know why would she leave you alone. Especially when you act like a baby when you're sick."
"I forced her to go to work. I told her that after school you'll be the one taking care of me." He weakly smiled
"You know I'm still mad at you, right? Anyway, I think your new nerd will be here soon so just wait for her." As soon as Kyungsoo said that someone knocked on the door "Speaking of. Bye!"
Kyungsoo opened the door so that Hyerin can come in. She was bringing a traveling bag full of stuffs Kyungsoo don't wanna know.
"What are you doing here? Nevermind, where's JongIn?" Hyerin hissed
Kyungsoo just pointed to the room and left. Hyerin run the room. She removed some random stuffs from the bag.
"Kai-sshi, how are you feeling? Did that guy before hurt you?"
*Yes, he did hurt me. My heart.* "Ani, he just gave me some notes." JongIn tried to smile
"Good. Oh and I made this." she showed a sweater with their names in it "JongIn and Hyerin. See we rhyme. We could be called the 'In Couple'." she fantasize in front of Kai who just gave her a disgusting look.
