Black ParadiseA sigh escaped his lips as he looked around the empty meadow again.
The sun was beginning to set. He had been waiting for the entire day wanting to get a glimpse of the angel he yearned for.
“Hwayoung, where are you?” He wondered out loud.
His heart felt hollow and empty. That one angel that held his heart wasn’t there. He didn’t get to see her and it pained him. He missed her. A lot.
He gazed at the other side of the barrier again. He had hoped that his angel of darkness would come and see him.
“Hwayoung,” He whispered. “Did something happen that you couldn’t come and see me?” The thought of something happening to his angel of darkness made him cringe. There couldn’t have been anything that happened to her. She didn’t do anything wrong.
Oh wait, yes she did. Both of them did. They broke the law by loving each other and even going into the other realm.
The angel of light’s eyes widened. Had his angel of darkness really gotten in trouble for what they have been doing?
He grew nervous at the thought, but then again, how would the elders of either realm now that they have been breaking the law? It’s not like they had other angels watching them…right?
The thought of Hwayoung being in trouble made him uncomfortable.
“Oh come on Byunghun. Nothing bad happened to Hwayoung. She’s probably just busy. Yeah, she’s probably busy. She’ll be here tomorrow when the sun rises again.” He convinced himself.
Byunghun, you need to come.
His twin’s voice rang in his head. He quickly replied back sensing something was wrong because of the tone of her voice.
Is something wrong?
A quick reply came back.
It’s urgent. Hurry.
Upon hearing that, the angel of light stood up. he looked over at the empty side of the barrier. “I’ll come back again.”
He spread his wings and flew back home.

“Dasom? Noonas?” L.Joe called when he stepped into the mansion through the front door.
Footsteps were heard rushing on the second level. Then they came rushing down the stairs.
The angel blinked at the four figures in front of him. He became alarmed at their anxious expressions.
“What’s wrong noonas?” He asked. “The elders called for you.” The eldest informed softly. The youngest angel knitted his brows together, “The elders?”
The second eldest nodded, “Yes. Tomorrow morning.” “But…that’s when I meet with Hwayoung.” He said quietly. “We’re sorry Byunghun, but you need to go to this. It is important as Hwayoung is.” The third eldest said.
“When they call for me?” He asked looking at his older sisters. “Not too long ago.” His twin replied. He nodded in understanding.
“Don’t worry, we’ll go with you tomorrow.” The second eldest assured. L.Joe gave his sisters a small grateful smile, “Thanks noonas.”
