They said hate is a very strong word. But so is love, and they seem to throw that word around like it was nothing, meaningless, simply a word.

They said there's a fine line between hate and love. But is it really possible to love something or someone so much that the love turns into hate? Or was it simply jealous obsession?

They said no emotions attached. But can you really not fall in love with such pureness?

They said to kill the small flame of good in the world. But who were they to tell him what to do?

They are the people who are hypocrites, telling others to live their lives one way while living their own lives the same way those they held contempt for lived. They knew nothing of love, but Jongin could say the same for himself. What were universal truths if everything were supposedly lies? All he knew for sure was Kyungsoo-the epitome of innocence. Call it childish innocence if you will, but Jongin finds it intriguing. And with intrigue comes the need to keep that innocence to himself forever.

It was such a shame to let that pureness be tainted by the sins of the world.
