Walker on the Moon + Rocket Kitty!

So one of my friends had his birthday on May 5th and what he wanted from me was "one of those starry thingies you make and put on tumblr" XD
So I pondered for a while and I ended up making the one on the left. I like space whales - do you? :D
It wasn't easy though. I made three different designs before I settled on this. #_# Struggles of designing after a while. Focal point would be the space whale planet texture at the top.
So this other friend saw this design and said he wanted a cat one (he likes cats too much). So there, I ended up with Rocket Kitty. I was listening to Nyan Cat at the time (never listened to it before) so... it ended up very quirky and sorta different from what I usually make BUT LOOK THERE'S STARS AND SPACE!
*Sighs*

Chapter 6: The one on the left actually reminds me of a scene in Studio Ghibli's "From Up On Poppy Hill" when the boy gave the girl a ride on his bike down this long road that ran along down a steep hill.

I don't usually follow that many graphic portfolios but I really like your style!

I really like this one by the way, I wish I was the one walking down that road/path in the one on the left haha.
You made a great choice on keeping it natural, without a PSD.

Chapter 21: even just for fun you really have your own touch into your graphics. Like if i see them i can think "ah that's yozora's work"

ps : i just get to your tumblr and gosh the 'opening' song is so beautiful **

Chapter 22: i never thought about character poster before… maybe cause id didn't know about it but now that I see yours I think it's an amazing thing and more suitable for one shot and oneself stories.
Your work is amazing there. The blurry background and the png are just perfectly blended together just like a real pic **
