“Everyone,” Ms. Lee said. “This is my son, Lee Sungmin,” she said. Sungmin slowly stood up and smiled.

“S-Sungmin is Mr. Lee?!” Sunny whispered.

“Annyeonghaseyo, I’m Lee Sungmin,” Sungmin smiled and sat down.

“Then let’s begin the meeting,” one of the men said.

The whole time, Sungmin was just paying attention to the meeting and participating, while Sunny was confused and scared.

“Sunny…” Ms. Lee called. “Sunny,”

“Sunny,” Mrs. Cho called and nudge her.

“N-Ne,” Sunny answered.

“What do you think about the plan?” a co worker asked.

“I-I,” Sunny said.

“I think we need a few adjustments, but after that, it will work out fine,” Sungmin said. Everyone began clapping.

“That’s good for a trainee, Mr. Lee,” an elder complimented.

“Kamsahabnida,” Sungmin bowed.

“The meeting will now come to an end, thank you,” Ms. Lee stood up and left. “Come on, Sungmin,”

“Eomma…I mean President, I’m getting my papers,” Sungmin smiled. Everyone bowed while Ms. Lee walked out, everyone slowly left after her. “My first meeting went well,” Sungmin smiled and sat back.

“I will leave,” Mrs. Cho said. “I will pick up Kyungsan today,”

“Okay, do you mind telling him I will pick him up every other day? If that’s fine with you,” Sungmin smiled.

“Of course, you are like a brother,” Mrs. Cho said and left.

“I’m so hungry,” Sungmin got up and gathered his papers.

“S-Sungmin,” Sunny said.

“I’m sorry, but from what I heard everyone is supposed to call me Mr. Lee,” Sungmin said and headed for the door.

“Mr. Lee,” Sunny said.

“I’m very busy, what do you need?” Sungmin faced her.

“Why didn’t you tell me you worked here?” Sunny asked.

“I only started working a month ago…I’m sorry, but I don’t tell strangers about my personal life,” Sungmin said and started walking.

“Is that way you don’t come to music class anymore?” Sunny asked.

“I never should have played music again if I knew I was going to end up like this, I like my job, music might be a hobby, but business is my job,” Sungmin answered her.

“Why are you like this?” Sunny asked.

“Like I said, I’m a very busy person, I don’t have time for anything else, my life is perfectly fine the way it is, two friends, work, a mom, a kid, and best of all no romance,” Sungmin said and walked out the door.

“Are you mad because you got hurt a month ago?” Sunny asked.

“I already said that we both have our own lives…so don’t be rude to the President’s son, I’m not trying to be a jerk, but it’s the truth. We don’t love each other anymore, why be in each other’s lives?” Sungmin asked.

“Sungmin I-,” Sunny’s phone rang.

“It’s Joong-Ki, you should pick it up,” Sungmin said and walked out the door.

“Yeoboseyo?” Sunny answered.

“Sunny, why weren’t you at lunch?”Joong-Ki asked.

“I was at a meeting,” Sunny told him.

“You made me think something happened,”Joong-Ki said.

“I have to go,” Sunny told him.

“Sunny, you have to get to your office,” the janitor said.

“Ne,” Sunny said and walked to her office, on the way she passed Sungmin’s office.

“That’s where we use to work,” Sunny muttered.

“What are you doing?” She heard a voice asked.

“S-Sungmin,” She said when she saw him at the door.

“Are you seriously following me?” Sungmin asked.

“A-Aniyo, you left these papers,” Sunny said and gave it to him.

“Thanks,” he said and looked at them.

“Are you going to go eat lunch?” Sunny asked.

“Lunch time is over, and why ask? You think I’m lonely? Of course not, now go see Joong-Ki,” Sungmin said and went into his office.

“Sungmin,” Sunny called.

“It’s Mr. Lee,” Sungmin corrected.

“I’m sorry,” Sunny bowed.

“Sorry for what?” Sungmin asked and sat down at his desk.

“For injuring you,” Sunny said and went inside the office.

“Depends on which injuring you mean…you hurt me many times, but I know that I hurt you more…I’m still wondering, why do you keep following me around, when you have Joong-Ki and you hate me?” Sungmin asked.

“Every time you want something, you’re the one breaking it…You wanted me to stay away, I did, but now you’re following me…You wanted me to get out of your life, I did, but why are you here?” Sungmin asked.

“Mr. Lee,” someone knocked on the door.

“The President wants to talk to you,” the lady said.

“I’m coming right away,” Sungmin walked past Sunny and went out the door.

“Eomma, whatever happens I can’t love her anymore, she moved on, she has a new boyfriend, I’m nothing to her…I broke her heart Eomma,” Sungmin said sadly.

“I’m sorry for bringing it up..” Ms. Lee said.

“It’s nothing Eomma, it’s not your fault,” Sungmin smiled.

“We have to discuss a few things tomorrow with other employees so come to my office tomorrow morning at eight,” Ms. Lee said.

“Ne Eomma…And I’m going to go eat with Donghae tonight, so I won’t come over for dinner,” Sungmin told her.

“I’m going to be with a few friends, so don’t worry,” Ms. Lee smiled.

“Time to go meet up with the girls,” Sunny said while heading for the elevator. “It’s only eight and everyone is gone already?” She saw the elevator closing. “Wait!!” she yelled and opened the elevator.

“I’m coming,” She saw Sungmin in the elevator. “Calm down…I thought I was picking you up...Cancel?!?! Are you crazy?!?!...Yeah, leave your friend for your love…Blah!! Bye!!!” Sungmin yelled and closed his phone he turned and saw Sunny standing in front of the elevator. “Can I help you?”

“I need to take the elevator,” Sunny said.

“Go ahead,” Sungmin offered and stood in the corner.

“W-Was that your girlfriend?” Sunny asked.

“You’re asking me? Did you not hear the words leave your friend for your love?” Sungmin asked.

“Just stop,” Sungmin demanded. “I don’t get why fate is making my life harder than it already is. Why do we have to meet after a month of not meeting each other? We moved on, and that’s all that matters. If you want to start over, there’s no point anymore. You hate me, why start over…right?” Sungmin asked.
