When you are admitted to a hospital, they place a wristband on  your wrist with you name in it. But there are other different colored wristbands which symbolized other thing. The red wristbands are place on dead people.

There was one surgeon name Myungsoo who worked on night shift in a school hospital. He had just finished and operation and was on his way down to the basement. He entered the elevator and there was just one other person there. Her name is Hwayoung. He casually chatted with herwhile the elevator descended. When the elevator opened, another woman was about to enter when myungsoo slammed the close button.0 and punched the button to the highest floor. Surprised, Hwayoung reprimended Myungsoo for being rude and asked why he did not let the woman in.

"That was the woman i just operated on. She died while i was doing the operation. Didnt you see the red wristband she is wearing?" He said and asked.

Hwayoung smiled and raised her arm

"Something like this?"
