She's used to counting on no one and being alone. But all of that changes when her mother vanishes and she is sent to live with her siser in Seoul. She's going to a private school, and for the first time, she feels that maybe she has a future. Plus, there's the adorable and sweet boy next door , Yoseob. Everything should be perfect. So why is she so wary? She soon realizes that sometimes, in order to save yourself, you've got to reach out to someone else.

Park SooMin(You): The protagonist of the story, a seventeen-year-old who was abandoned by her own mother . SooMin is convinced she can take care of herself, but later finds otherwise. She is sarcastic and independent, but matures through out the story.

Park SooWon: Sister of  Park SooMin. She's married to the CEO of cube entertainment. She left for collage when SooMin was only 5. Few years later , she met her husband Kim DaeHo.

Kim DaeHo:  He's wealthy, easy going and very nice. He's the CEO of cube entertainment and SooWon's husband.

Yang Yoseob: Yoseob is DaeHo's neighbor and employee. He works for Cube Entertainment as a singer under the group Beast. He goes to the same high school as SooMin and develops feeling for her. He's very nice and optimistic.
