Mr.Kim
Description
Jonghyun was a reckless teen who thought he had all the time in the world. It takes a crush on a upperclassman to prove him wrong.
Foreword
Lee Jinki.
That’s the name written on a large obnoxious get-well card someone’s just casually rolled out onto their desk, scribbling on it oblivious to all the glitter that’s spilled onto the floor.
It’s also the name of the cute black-haired upperclassman that Jonghyun, bad boy due to a singular winning fist fight at the beginning of the year, has been crushing on and stalking gazing lovingly at daily.
The only reason Jonghyun had noticed that the card was addressed to his object of adoration was thanks to a set of photo booth pictures glued alongside the hazardous mounds of glitter, signatures, and scribbles. Jinki’s squishy cheeks, adorable smile, and characteristic long hairstyle(held back by that twisty thing on loafs of bread from time to time) could be spotted from miles away.
“Does he have the flu or something?” Jonghyun says to the guy who’s arm is now covered in glitter, a bit too friendly and relaxed considering this is the first time he’s been awake, let alone spoken, in this class. The guy just clams up, looking at him like he’s crazy.
“…No,” he starts, observing Jonghyun carefully.
“What’s the need for a get well card then?”
“Hyung’s in the hospital,” the boy says, and Jonghyun can feel his heart drop. ” He’s got stomach cancer.”
Out of all the ways to find out his crush’s name, this had been the last Jonghyun was expecting.
