Why?
One Life
Ailee grabbed her backpack "I'm going ma" She yelled as she closed the door behind her
She walked walked on hte sidewalk hearing dogs barking and people yelling
She got closer to school and heard laughter, people smiling
When she walked inside the school, everybody looked at her like she was a stranger but she didn't care
She just kept on walking
Ailee went to her locker to get her books
"Hey Jay what's up!" She heard someone said
She looked around and saw Jay park
She smiled and kept looking at him
Ailee snap out of it she thought
She shook her head "stay focus"
She got her books and went to her class
When she got to class she went to sit on the desk in the corner
The teacher saw Ailee and walked towards her "Ailee, have you finished the essay?" She asked
Ailee took papers out of her backpack and handed it to the teacher
The teacher looked through the papers and nodded, then she went back to her desk "All right class, lets get started"
Ailee looked out the window and sighed but smiled that she got to see Jay Park
Jay got into the car and started the car
He looked out the window and saw her little sister Mint with a couple of guys
First he thought that they were just flirting but then he saw Mint face and could tell that she was scared
He got out of his car but then saw a girl talking to the guys
They touched her so she started throwing punches and kicking which made the guy walk away with bruises
He was half there when the girl saw him then she ran of
"Mint! Are you okay?" Jay looked around her "Did they hurt you? How many times do i have to tell you to not hang out
with guys by yourself, you're small and they could hurt you"
Mint stopped him "I'm fine, I can take care of myself, but that girl did saved me though, do you know her?"
Jay nodded no "But she did look familiar, Come on, lets go" They walked towards the car
Ailee kept running and did not look back
She stopped by a tree and sat down
"Why did I do that" She put her hands in her face then titled her head back an closed her eyes
She was so tired that she fell asleep
Ailee woke up by the noise of girls laughing
She rubbed her eyes and looked around
3 girls were looking at her and they were laughing
One of them was holding a phone
Ailee stood up, cleaned her pants, grabbed her backpack and ran off
"How did I fall asleep" she thought as she was ran home
She opened the door "I'm home ma" She went straight to her room and sat on her bed taking her homework out
Someone knocked on the door and opened it "Hey there, you missed dinner"
Ailee put her pen down "Hey ma, sorry I didn't call, I was busy"
Ailee mom sat on Ailee's bed "No it's okay but make sure you call next time, I brought you dinner" She put the tray down
Ailee looked at the food as her stomach grumbled "Thanks ma" she started eating
Her mom stood up "Enjoy the food and good luck on your homework" Then left the room
Ailee walked inside the school and people were laughing at her
She didn't mind
She went to her locker and saw a picture of her sleeping by a tree It said "She's that poor to be sleeping outside" she took the paper off and crumbled it
Then heard Jay laughing, she looked to see and it was jay looking at a picture and laughing
A tear came down
Ailee wiped it right away but more came down "Why am I crying?"
