Hyukjae is sick of the corruption of Seoul. He requests to be stationed into some small town's police department. As an inspector he gets a couple of police officers under his supervision. Donghae being one of them. All is peaceful until Hyuk finds out Donghae is the youngest brother of the not so local mob boss.

Don Heechul is notorious for his insane orders. His reign extends throughout a large part of Asia. He has one soft spot: his brother, Donghae.

Donghae loves his family but he has different ethics. He wants to cut free from them but no way his brothers would sever the bonds.
