It was past 10 pm, I just finished dancing and now I was on my way to home. Usually at this time I already sleep in my bed but today I got so carried away with dancing that I forgot to look at the time. And here I am in the bus. I hate darkness; It has always been my biggest fear. My parents like to travel a lot and when I was younger I was always alone in my big house. Once when my parents were on a trip and  I was trying to sleep but then  I heard noises coming from my closet and when I opened the closet something hopped on me , I started screaming and closed my eyes. I was lying on the floor , crying. When I opened my eyes everything was normal except the fact that all my clothes were on the floor.  I have no idea what that was but whatever it was I was sure that it will come back. Since that I don’t like to go out when it’s dark or go anywhere where you can’t see 50 meters in front of you. I don’t even go to clubs because those places are too dark.  I looked out of the bus window, the weather was awful, it was raining cats and dogs and if there weren’t any street lights you couldn’t even see your hands.  I didn’t want to go out of the bus.

Why did I dance so long today?  I could be sleeping right now but I’m in bus thinking about how I’m going to survive my way home. The bus doors opened and I stood up. I came off the bus. As the bus left everything went even darker.

It was because the street lights were not working properly and everything was going darker with every step I made. I was moving now like a snail. I wanted to get home quickly but it was getting really dark and I couldn’t move. And then suddenly I heard voices coming behind m
