I was sitting on the couch with Minhyuk, my head on his shoulder and our hands interwined. Showbiz news was on, we just finished watching a movie, our popcorn bowl empty on the apothecary table.

"Fans missing Oh Yeon Seo and Kang Min Hyuk's love team. Months after the most-awaited finale of high-ranking drama "My Husband Got A Family", fans want the magic back. Rumors are going around that the two are together on and off screen. There are some speculations that the two will be partnered up in another drama later this year. Stay tuned. "

They flashed a picture of the kissing scene from the drama. I died a little inside. I sat up, shut the tv off and crossed my arms in frustation. I put my hand on my forehead.. hiding the tears flowing from my eyes. Yes, I cry that easy. But can you blame me? Oh Yeon Seo, Woo Ri, they're all so pretty. Who am I against them? I'm not a star. Not even close.

"Chagiya~"

He said, constantly poking my shoulder. I just continued to ignore him, not saying a word.

"Chagiya~~ CHAGIYA~"

"WHAT?!"

I flinched. He looked shocked but his anger seemed to fade away when he saw the tears streaming down my face. He sighed, looked down and shook his head in disbelief. I looked out of the window, trying to hold in these little cries.

"Gu Rae Seo, look at me."

He ordered in a manly tone.

"Chagiya. Look. at. me."

I silently faced him. I tried to compose myself but I cried again when he cupped my face, wiping all of my tears away.

"Stop, please. Seeing you like that makes me weak. That just breaks my heart."

"But I can't help it. Seeing that picture breaks my heart. Hearing those rumors breaks my heart. Watching you with all these girls just... *sigh Yes, I know that we've been through this before. But I can't stop myself from getting hurt. I can't stop myself from crying, from everything. All of this breaks me."

He, again, removed my tears. My eyes widened when he snatched a kiss from my lips and did his famous eyesmile.

"YAHHH! What are you smiling about?"

"This just shows how much you love me."

I couldn't help but smile because of his oozing confidence.

"Psh. You should just go date Oh Yeon Seo, Woo Ri and I swear, I even heard something about you and Seohyun from SNSD."

I stood up, crossed my arms, looked outside and admired the cityscape. I felt warmth when he hugged me from behind. He rested his on my shoulder, locking me into his embrace. And we stayed like that.. in silence. After a few minutes, I couldn't help it. I turned around and hugged him tightly.

"My baby~"

I felt him kiss my forehead. And by the way he said it, I could tell that he was grinning. He broke it off.

"Don't be jealous, okay? Yes, they're pretty.. even beautiful.."

I was going to have a violent reaction but then he shushed me.

"But you're the most beautiful girl in the world to me. They are nothing compared to you. If you think they're better, why would I need someone better when I already have the best? Can't you see? They were all about work but you.. you're my reality. You're my present, my future even.."

"I'm not famous, I'm not a star. Are you sure you don't wanna be with them?"

He sighed. I sighed too. Why am I so insecure?!

"I don't know. But the only thing I'm sure of is.... you're the only one I wanna be with. I didn't love you for fame, for money or for anything else. I love you for who you are, who you were and I swear I'll love you for who you will be. And I don't care if you're not a star. Because you are, you're my star. You brighten up my darkest hours, seeing you makes me smile. You make me feel warm, you make me feel like I'm the luckiest guy around. You're the brightest of them all. Scrap that, you're the only star in my sky."

I shivered, happiness flowed through my veins. I put my arms around his neck. His eyes widened when I gave him this certain look.

"You look so.. don't look at me like that."

I heard him gulp. I laughed and kissed him. His eyes widened for the second time only to be chinkier the next second.

I backed up.

"I love you, Minhyuk."

"I love you too, chagiya."

He pulled me into a hug and we just stayed there. In our months of dating, I have never felt this happy because my eyes are finally wide open. I am finally awake.

I finally felt secure. 

We leaped when someone barged into the door.

"Aish, these love birds."

Yonghwa said as he and his fellow band members entered the room. 

"You should learn how to knock, hyung.."

Minhyuk said, rolling his eyes. Again, wrapping his arms around my shoulder.

"You guys look extra happy today."

Jonghyun commented as he put down his guitar case.

"Why wouldn't we be?"

I replied meaningfully.. looking up to Minhyuk.

"I HATE MY LIFE. I WANT A GIRLFRIEND!"

Jungshin blurted out, looking like the hulk. All of us couldn't help but laugh. 

I again, looked up to Minhyuk.. admiring every bit of him. I think he felt my eyes on him so he looked down on me.

"Why, chagiya? Anything wrong?"

"Nothing. Actually, it's the other way around. Everything feels so right."

I smiled at him and he did the same.

"Being with you is right. I mean, we just make perfect sense."

"STOPPPPPPPPPPPP! I AM NOT HEARING THIS LOVEY DOVEY STUFF! BLAH BLAH!"

Jungshin shouted, covering his ears. Aish, this guy. Kekekeke~

Well, it's all good.

I love him. He loves me.

And that is all that matters.

He is my star as I am his.
