I woke up the next morning to my annoying alarm.
School.
Daehyun.

After eating breakfast, I get my backpack and head out to my car to go to school
When I get outside, I hear a honk, which makes me look at the ever so familiar car in front of me.
No way.
Then I see a familiar figure leaning against the car.
"Need a ride?" Daehyun asks.
"It's ok." I say.
"No, come on." he suggests.
"I thought we were just friends." I say.
"We are. This is what friends do, help each other out. Why waste extra gas?" he asks.
"Thanks but no thanks." I say.
Right as I feel walk away, I feel a hand grab my hand which makes me jerk around right to Daehyun's face.
"I've already had breakfast, I won't bite. I promise." he says against his skin.
I don't know how I kept it in, but I just wanted to kiss him so badly.
With this intimidation, I didn't know what to say, "O-o-ok." I say then he pulls me to the passenger seat.
While he was driving, I noticed that my ring, or his ring, was back on his necklace around his neck.
"What are you looking at?" he asks which startles me.
"N-nothing." I say then look back at the road.
"So how was the tour?" he asks.
Why did he want to know?
"But-" I try to argue.
"We're friends, right?" he turns to me and smiles. A fake smile.
"It was good." I shrug.
"Was it fun, or...?" he asks.
"Sure, it was. It would be better with you there." I wish I said the last part.
"Good, I'm glad." he says.
"How about you? Anything new or fun happened while I was gone?" I just want to return the niceness.
"Well, I made teh basketball team, again." he says.
