Hello again! 

Today *it's night in my hometown* I'll teach you guys to outline your character.

For this tutorial, my hubby will be featured! Weee~

Thing that you need:

Main character in the poster:

First: After pasting your desire idol/oc on the canvas. Create a new layer

Second: On the character, right click > alpha to selection.

Third: Select your desire colour and fill the new layer with the colour you chose.

Fourth: Go to Select > Shrink. Put 1 inside the box provided.

Fifth: Delete the layer. You will see the moving line after you deleted the layer. No worries. Go to Select > Select none. After that, move the layer to the left or right.
