Oh Joonmyun and Oh Sehun are blood related brothers who come from a financially excelling family. Their only concern in life is the fact that the youngest of the family, Sehun, is blind. With Sehun having lost the ability to see at a young age, his older brother works exceptionally hard to become his eyes. Kim Jongin and Kim Kyungsoo are also brothers who have not only been abandoned but strive to survive each and every single day. With Jongin being a high school drop-out, he works day and night just to keep food on the table for his younger brother. 

What happens when one goes missing and the other falls victim to a fatal disease?
