chapter two enter the Frog Prince~               Before entering her classroom, Amaya had to inhale and exhale several times before mustering up the courage to face her students in her frog princess getup. Once she found her courage, she twist the handle of the door and entered. Instead of her thinking the kids would be shocked with her, she was totally surprised by them instead.   Right smack in the middle of the classroom, all twenty-four of her students were dressed up as little frogs (somewhat, but close enough) as they held up a two row, cute, heart-shaped banner (imagine the words, lol) with black letterings on each heart written out as, "Happy Valentine's Day, Frog Princess Amaya", as they were all aligned in a row. Before Amaya could expressed her words of gratitude, all the children congratulated her with happy, loud voices. "Congratulations for being Frog Princess, Miss Rose!" The children soon followed with an applause, eventually dropping the banner in the process. The kids scramble to hold it up again, hastily spreading and fixing it out once more.   Amaya quickly wiped away the little tears that escape and finally expressed her words. "My dear students, you are so wonderful to me. I am touch." She quickly rushed over and gathered them all up in a group hug. "You're all so thoughtful, despite the meddling of the four other female teachers." Amaya muttered to herself, knowing it was due to her four colleagues. Two of the students broke away from the hug, Amaya looked after them in curiosity as they both ran over to their desks to grab some yummy goodies to present to Amaya.   "I helped my mommy baked these!" Skai Jackson, the first student of the two, happily announced as she presented a tray full of green icing with frog impressions cupcakes. "I did the eyes all by myself. My mommy helped me with the mouths." Skai continued proudly.   "Me too, me too!" The other student, Landry Bender, exclaimed, joining Skai and presenting her own tray of baked frog cut out cookies with decorations. "My mommy let me do the eyes and mouth all by myself!" Landry smiled brightly.   "Yummy! They are both delicious." Amaya smiled at them warmly. "Too bad we don't have bags to put them in to eat for later." Amaya sighed sadly.   "We do have!" A little boy named Gino Taowiset yelled out as he and another student ran off somewhere and returned with little decorated frog bags in their arms. "See!" Gino said as he showed Amaya the bags and she couldn't help but be awed by them.   "They are so cute!" Amaya gushed.   The other student, Ayush Khedekar, presented a different bag to Amaya. "This is for Miss Rose." He handed the bag to Amaya who accepted it.   "You guys are truly amazing. I bet Mrs. McCarthy came up with this, didn't she?" Amaya looked up at her students who all nodded their heads. "I must have been really busy to not noticed anything." She whispered to herself as a soft expression overcame Amaya's face as she smiled at them all. "Listen up," Amaya began as all the kids looked at her expectantly, "How about, no lesson for today since it is Valentine's Day and we have a fun day today instead, yeah? What do you say?"   "Yes!" All twenty-four students chorus in excitement.   "Yes, what?" Amaya playfully asked, as she cupped one of her hand behind her ear to hear better.   "Yes, please!" They rang in unison the magic word.   "That's much better!" Amaya laughed as she stood up filled with excitement like her little students. "OK, how about we first grab some paper towels to cover each of the cookies and cupcakes and put it into our bag for later. Next, we will make Valentine's Day cards for the teachers and anyone else you want to make one for! Sounds good for now?"   "Yes, Miss Rose!" They all agreed in sync once again.   "Good! Because I have a very good idea in mind!" Amaya smiled happily. "I will put up the banner since I'm taller," Amaya laughed, "Now, let's get to it!"   The children all scrambled to do the first task as Amaya quickly took the banner and hung it up behind her desk close to the ceiling (imagine again, lol) and then went over to her computer to print out a few designs for the kids to make their Valentine's Day cards and decorate it however they wanted to. After that, the kids stored their goodie bags away, and settled about their group tables of four (imagine two more ^^V). Amaya then set a pile of paper onto their tables, as one kid from each table went to gathered the materials they would all need for decoration back to his or her current table to share with his or her fellow classmate. For a good half an hour or so, there was nothing but snipping sounds from scissors, light chatter of discussion of who the cards would be for, and other miscellaneous sounds from other things.   Amaya simply smile at her studious students working away on a fun event while she too was making something for her stduents. She, nor the kids, didn't notice a bigger, lighter green frog with large eyes spying from outside the classroom and disappearing shortly after.   After another hour or two, and so, had passed, were the kids and Amaya, herself, all finished and ready to delivered. Amaya gathered all the kids to get a head count and to make sure the students had all they needed, and soon trekked out to visit everyone in the whole school.   While Miss Rose and her fourth grade class were doing their own delivery, various students and staff members entered the classroom of the fourth grade to drop off various items. The last being to leave something stayed. That being was no other than the Frog Prince himself as he settled into a frog-shaped, plastic rubber seating placement. How he managed to fit himself in there, luckily it was quite large as he fitted himself comfortably inside.   The fourth grade class made their rounds as they first visited Principle Brighton, the other faculty, and then the classrooms from kindergarten to the eight grade. All the adults received a design of a frog with kiss me on it, the younger kids from kindergarten, (both morning and afternoon, as afternoon will get theirs when they come), to the third grade received paper frog puppets, and the older kids from fifth to eight grade received a frog cut out.    Finally, Miss Rose and her class made it back to their own classroom after their delivery and much photo taking as well. When they entered they saw the items inside neatly decorated and arranged (not exactly like this, but... i love this and would like to see this if i enter my own room or home and it's waiting there for me, lol) and the kids giddily ran up to the tables where they were all set as Amaya slowly followed after. No one noticed the giant frog on the other side of the room.   "Chocolate!" "Cookies!" "Cakepops!" "Other stuff!" "More other stuff!" "More lollipop stuff, too!" Were all the comments that could be heard as the kids grabbed this and that to observe closer and decide which one they wanted to eat first. Amaya just smiled preciously at her students as they went about the items after she gave them permission to go through them.   "Look!" Ramona Marquez, another student of Amaya, let out in surprise. "This one is for you, Miss Rose!" She hurriedly brought over a basket of different flowers arrangments and a little, light brown teddy bear to Amaya. "It's so prettiful!" Ramona giggled before running back to join the rest.   Amaya turned the basket around to find who the sender was, but didn't see anything except a happy face with a wink. "Huh, probably one of the girls' tricks to enlightened me further. But nevertheless... I thank them for the freebies." Amaya laughed to herself before getting interrupted by another one of her students.   Terrel Ransom, Jr called out Amaya's name to get her attention. "Miss Rose, you have another basket." He the red coloring themed basket with various items and another teddy bear on it, but this time red, out in front of him. "May I have the chocolate?" He innocently asked.   "Yes, you may, Terrel. Thank you for asking, but only if you share with the others, OK?" Amaya said, as Terrel nodded in agreement. "Good. Here you go." Amaya handed him a few of the basket's items before he ran back to rejoin his fellow classmates. As for Amaya, she once again search for any indication of the sender, but instead found another happy face with a wink. "Either the ladies are having way too much, or they're desperate for me to find a guy." Amaya rolled her eyes while shaking her head and setting the second basket alongside the first one on one of the book's shelf.   Amaya then noticed another of her student, Lucy Hutchinson, coming up to her with a bright smile and a bounce to her step. "Yes, Lucy?" Amaya asked as Lucy stopped in front of her with her hands behind her back. "Is there another basket for me?" Lucy smiled and nodded her head. "OK, let's have." Amaya said as she extended her hand to receive the gift. Lucy giggled before bringing out a white basket filled with lots of chocolate and a stuffed green frog prince plush. "This one is special!" Lucy stated before handling it over.   Amaya gently took it and smiled sincerely at it, but this time, she didn't find a happy face with a wink on it. Amaya grew curious and asked, "Lucy, was there a happy face with a wink on it?" Lucy shook her head no. "Was it already like this?" Lucy nodded her head. "Was it with the other baskets?" Once again Lucy shook her head no. "Where... did you get... it?" Amaya asked uneasily as Lucy pointed across the room and said, "From the Frog Prince inside the froggy chair house."   After Lucy said those words, did Amaya shift her gaze across the room, and finally noticed the large frog. Her eyes went wide when she saw another pair of her students playing leap frog with it. Amaya quickly rushed over in fear for her children from the person in the green frog suit who could be a criminal or some other dangerous foe.   "Jason and Kristopher Simmons, you two step away from the frog suit, right now!" Amaya sternly commanded as she neared the trio.   As for the trio, they stopped their little enjoyment and watched as Amaya stopped right in front of them. Amaya yanked
