hhh where to start...?

first, i am working really hard on this but it's my first time writing something so emotionally charged and i want to make sure i do it right.

secondly, i really hope you guys like this. i've been kicking the idea around for a long time (i started writing one of these chapters a whole year ago, now!!) wavering over whether it would be worth it to post or not. tbh, i'm afraid of people being bored with my fics that have no , because i don't read many non- stories myself.

thirdly, i intended for the relationships to be ambigious. if you want to read them as couples, go ahead, if you don't, go ahead. this fic is supposed to be as realistic as possible and i think that the relationships they have with each other in real life are stronger than any simple romantic bond. whatever they have going on between them is beyond simple descriptors of "friend", "best friend" or "boyfriend" these times have been hard and full of obstacles and it makes me feel better to know that they have each other to turn to.

fourthly, i wanted to break down what each chapter is about.
june 3, 2011 is an approximate date. originally this chapter was published with the title june 21, 2011, but looking closer, that was the day before the tell them mv was released and i didn't feel like that was a fitting day for the energy of the fic. this chapter focuses on their manager lee extorting money from parents. i've never been able to find out who specifically he was targeting, but jihoon's parents own a duty-free shop, making him one of the richer members and therefor a logical mark.
february 20, 2012 is an exact date. this chapter is centered around jiho cutting his hair, in order to apologize for the thailand incident.
february 23, 2012 is an exact date. this is when jihoon was hospitilized for a nervous breakdown in the wake of the death threats against them, also because of the thailand incident.
april 27, 2012 is an exact date, however, it's the day of the announcement, jiho's appointment might have been earlier than that. again the focus is on jiho, this time on his vocal cord nodules and rhinitis, which he's had the majority of his career but were especially bad then.
january 15, 2013 is an approximate date. this chapter's original title was february 22, 2013, however, when i reread the article, it specifically stated that none of the group was in court on the 22nd, but had attended an earlier court meeting.
for some reason all these details are important to me haha.
