Photoshop Tutorial

Sorry for my long Hiatus, but i'm finally back. 

Sorry to bother you guys but would you guys mind upvoting the story if you can. IF YOU CAN. Sorry it's just that i really want one of my story to get features.

But anyway, here is the tutorial.

Today we're going to do this:

We're going to learn how to do the Motion blur effect, this effect is really easy

I am using this picture ------> Jessica

1. First open up the photo

2. Duplicate the picture by pressing CTRL + J

3. Then go to Filter > Blur > Motion Blur

4. Then set your setting to mine:

5. Then press OK and exit from that

6. Now your picture should look all blurred out like this:

7. Now we're going to erase it, when you do make sure you're on the top layer

8. Go into your brush and set your brush size to 246 and your opacity to 29% or higher if you want

9. Now start erasing, but ONLY erase the part that is covering jessica and you'll end up with something like this:

10. Add some coloring and you're done :D

Chapter 14: I don't know if this could be a tutorial suggestion but uhhh you see I always find it hard to find good quality pictures of either idols or ulzzangs to use. like for example, I find this picture of G-dragon and the pose he is doing is what I really need but it's in low quality. I try searching the same picture but with high definition but there's none so what I do is have no choice but use it. Then sooner or later I see a poster using the same picture of G-dragon with the same pose but the picture is in high definition which I keep looking for. and i'm like where do you get it??? so yeah, that's basically my problem but my question is is there like a way to enhance a picture in photoshop? I mean clearer and more you know, High definition? xD
