You cautiously fast walked to the train station, your breathing was heavy and you were sweating as well. You quickly paid for the ticket with shaking hands, “th-thank you” your voice trembled, you walked slowly with your head lowered so people couldn’t see your face. You sat down waiting for your train to Busan.

Your hand kept shaking of fear but you tried to ignore it, you bit your lip trying to hold in the tears that were welled up in your eyes. You could feel a burning sensation through your throat and a prickly feeling on your milky white skin. You felt scared, what were you going to do once you came to Busan? You had no idea, but you had to get away.

Slowly the train to Busan arrived; you quickly stood up and tightened your grip on your bag’s strap. You dusted off your school skirt and scurried into the train, your heart beat fastened as you got on board. Were you safe now?

You looked around, there was nowhere to sit, and you wiped your forehead and put your hand on your chest. The train doors closed and you felt relived. You held on to a pole as the train accelerated, you could finally relax a bit.

You closed your eyes and took even breaths, a hand slid around your waist making you jolt up and open your eyes instantly.
