Zelo’s just been released from Juvenile Detention for good behavior due to a certain incident , and as a condition for his release he is forced to become re-instated in his education once more . Taking an IQ exam they placed him in his first year of college, and while he’s there, he meets Bang Yongguk.

Bang is there because he’s just returned from his military service to resume his education once more so he can be an accomplished rapper and songwriter, and on top of that, to finally claim his freedom from Dragon.

                Dragon is an ancient gang that’s run by T.O.P, a man with insatiable ambitions of power and greed, while Tiger its rival is run by an unknown force, oppose the group. Both strike fears into the hearts of police and civilians everywhere; some say that it resembles the Japanese Yakuza.

                The two gangs are revered to be the most dangerous and complex organization in Korea, and while Bang Yongguk plays a small part in his; a man with little profession in his work, yet still widely well-know is now in charge of watching the innocent ex-tiger member against his will. As work turns to friendship, will Yongguk be able to crack the little boy’s shield and gain his trust in earnest, or will he be eaten up by the dens of Tigers?
