-----------Chapter 1: “Meeting you must be faith”-----------

 [March 31 2011; Saturday; 12:03pm]

“Sunny-ssi I’ve got a new plan for our vacation I received a flier from my dad about a military school, right you want to go in there? So I got 2 registration forms for two of us!”

Taeyeon handed Sunny the form.

“Whoa! Really?! Wow! Thanks unni!”

Sunny flipped through the pages. Hyoyeon went out of her room and looked at the form that Sunny was holding.

“What is that?”

Hyoyeon asked. Taeyeon smiled.

“It is a registration form for a military school in the South isn’t it cool? I can accomplish now my dad’s dream for me and Sunny’s dream in entering it.”

Taeyeon explained. Hyoyeon grabbed the form from Sunny’s hands.

“Can I get a copy of these? I’ll photocopy it in the printer I’ll be back!”

Hyoyeon opened the printer and inserted the paper but as soon as she press the button Seohyun asked while reading a book

“What is that?”

“Oh!  Well this is a registration form in order to enter the military school in Busan, want a copy?”

Hyoyeon asked. Seohyun nodded sideward.

“Ok I’ll just give this back to Sunny, Ok?”

Hyoyeon said. Seohyun nodded back.

“Neh”

Seohyun said. Hyoyeon went out of the room. Seohyun glanced at the registration form and got off her bed and took the registration form and looked at it, she photocopied it and rushed to her bed.

“Hmm… Not bad.”

She placed it in her desk and locked it.

Jessica came into the house with 3 shopping bags on her right arm and 4 at the left. Sunny was shocked so she said

“What’s with the bags?”

Jessica rolled her eyes

“Nothing, I was actually heading to the café by the mall but I saw this dress that is so beautiful…look I tried to ignore it but the material is so great so I bought it!’

“What a shopaholic!”

Taeyeon laughed. Jessica glared at Taeyeon.

“What is with that look Jessie?”
Taeyeon asked with a fake angry tone.

“It’s Nothing Oldie! “

Jessica Teased. Taeyeon’s anger grew, but before anything happens Sunny said

“Unni don’t tease her anymore…”

Jessica nodded

“…because she is too weak to have her revenge”

Taeyeon laughed.

“Yah! I’m not weak I’ll prove it to you!”

Jessica replied

“Tsk! Tsk! Tsk! You? Prove that you’re not weak by what matter? How could you even prove it when you are scared breaking your polished nail, even a scratch on your nail matter to you always!”

Taeyeon teased. Jessica glanced on Sunny’s form, she asked

“What is that Sunny?”

“This is a form for the military… why? Are you interested in it?”

Sunny asked. Jessica thought that may be in this way she could prove her strengths. Jessica nodded

“Yeah”

“Can you?”

Taeyeon asked with curiosity. Jessica nodded

“Yes…I’ll try”

“So 4 of us are joining the military?”

Hyoyeon asked while handling the form to Taeyeon. Taeyeon replied

“Ye…”

“Don’t forget me in your numbering unni I’m joining the team… again”

Seohyun said. Hyoyeon was shocked, she glanced at Seohyun

“But I thought you said…”

“I changed my mind”

Seohyun said.

“So there is 5 of us already, the due date of the forms will be on the next day after tomorrow and the schooling will start at the 2^nd week of April, so we have one more week to prepare for ourselves, so we better fill up our forms and give it to me so I’ll let my father give it to the supervisor of the school, arasso?”

Taeyeon explained.

“Yes!”

They all replied back and went to their rooms to fill up the form.

The day had passed by, they were all done with their forms they gave it to Taeyeon and went back to their rooms and rest. The next few days, they started packing up their things.

[In the room of Sunny and Jessica] [April 1 2011; Friday; 8:51pm]

Sunny looked at Jessica who was putting a dress in her bag, Sunny laughed and said

“Are you really going to the military or to Hollywood?”

“Just in case we will have a reunion there, it is not bad to get ready!”

Jessica smiled

Sunny packed up her clothes she glanced at her right and took a military-look cap, Jessica saw it so she asked

“Sunny-ah from who did that came from?”

Sunny smiled with her eyes teary

“Oh! Is it this cap? This is from my brother he gave this to me right before he went to the military he said that when he visit us he will share me some stories that will happen in the military but unfortunately he died that was our last talk, I heard that he was killed in the middle of the was by some rebellions…”

Sunny cried and sat on her bed Jessica rushed and comforted her

“…he was a good man, a good soldier too he is innocent, we even joked that both us will be married to the nation but I didn’t even went to the military school with him before I go there he’s dead, at first I gave up but then I thought that when I join the military I will be able get him just. He was the best brother even though we fight all the times he was the best, I haven’t got the chance to tell him that and I feel so sorry for that”

“Sunny-ah I’m sure he heard you and he’s lucky to have you as your little sister… so finish packing up so we can sleep already so we have enough energy, we have only few more hours to the military school!”

Jessica smiled but she felt misery inside her, she wiped off Sunny’s tears, Sunny smiled at her

“You know you’ve got something inside you even you’re a spoiled brat”

Sunny laughed her tears away. Sunny embraced Jessica, Jessica smiled

“Ok, we better sleep now, Goodnight Sunny Sunshine!”

Jessica said

“Goodnight Jessie-unni!”

Sunny smiled. She closed her eyes and slept.

THE DAY HAS FINALLY ARRIVED!!!

[April 2 2011; 6:30 am; Saturday][Dorm]

“Good Morning!”

Taeyeon shouted

“Good morning unni! The day has finally come eh?”

Sunny said

“Yeah!”

“Good Morning unni”

Seohyun greeted

“Breakfast is ready!”

Hyoyeon yelled

“Yes!”

Jessica smiled. They sat on their chairs, they smelled the good aroma of the foor.

“What’s our menu for today Hyoyeon unni?”

Seohyun asked

“Since it is a special day I have cooked Tofu Soup and Kimchi!”

Hyoyeon smiled and got the food from the counter to the table; she took off her apron and sat down. After they ate they took a shower and dressed to get ready. They gathered to the living room. Taeyeon stood up and said

“Ok girls! Within 2 minutes we’re off to the camp, so make sure you’ve got everything…”

Taeyeon’s cell phone rang. She answered it

“Yeoboseyo? Kim Taeyeon imnida…oh! So fast ok we’ll be there wait a sec. and we’ll be there”

She closed her cell phone and smiled

“Ok guys we’re off! So come on!!!”

[10:13 am]

“Whoa!”

Jessica commented. It was a tall building made up of gray marble it looked like a office, they went inside the building and sat on the chairs near the glass window, Sunny stood up and said

“I’ll be looking around I’ll be back, and I’ll be going to the washroom too”

“Sunny-ah I’ll come too I need to go to the washroom too”

Jessica said

“Ok but be back right away after you have looked around, and I’ll be looking for the supervisor here too, so Hyoyeon and Seohyun stay here, okay?”

Taeyeon said. Seohyun nodded.

“Yes unni”

Sunny and Jessica glanced around. Jessica pointed at the sign near a hallway to the right.

“Sunny may be the washroom is that way, let’s look there”

Jessica said. Sunny nodded as a reply. They went through the hallway, Sunny’s phone ringed when they are at the corner

“Unni wait I’ll just answer this…”

Sunny answered the call

“Hello? This is Sunny… Oh…yes…I have arrived at the camp…”

There were guys who were at their rush on guy bumped into Sunny, her phone fell

“Hey!”

Sunny yelled at the guy. The guy glanced at her and said

“I’m sorry…”

“Hey~ what are these 2 girls doing here?”

Another guy said

“Why is it bad?”

Jessica asked

“Yes, because girls like you don’t belong here, may be you got the wrong place this is not a mall”

The guy no. 2 said. Sunny giggled, Jessica glared at her, and sunny said

“What? It was funny…”

“Argh! And by the way Mr. Nobody! We are here to join the military training!”

Jessica said with her voice seems to be filled with anger

Guy no. 1 stared at Sunny, Sunny didn’t mind though, Guy no. 1 said

“Hello, I am Lee Sungmin”

Sunny smiled and said

“Hello, I’m Lee Sun Kyu, but they call me Sunny”

Sungmin smiled at her. The another guy looked at Jessica and said

“You? Join the military? No way! Girls like you hate to be dirtied”

“Well I am different”

Jessica said. Sunny looked at Jessica and said

“Jessica don’t shout you’re voice is breaking my ear drums”

Jessica pouted

“Aish! Don’t you ever use your aegyo on me! Arasso?”

Sunny said. Jessica nodded

“I am Donghae by the way”

Donghae said and offered Sunny a handshake Sunny nodded

“Yeah, I am Sunny this is Jessica”

Sunny said

“Hello, I am Jessica Jung”

Jessica bowed

“We should keep going; do you know where the washroom is?”

Sunny asked Sungmin

“Yes, it is at the right hallway next to the Supervisor’s office”

Sungmin said

“Oh, thank you! I hope to see you to again, bye”

Sunny smiled

“Yes we’ll go goodbye…Thank you for your warm welcome Mr. nobody!”

Jessica glared at Donghae. Sunny pulled Jessica to the washroom. Sungmin sighed while looking at Sunny walking Donghae looked at Sungmin, Donghae said

“Hey! Don’t tell me…”

“Ani”

Sungmin said. Donghae laughed

“Hey that girl, Jessica, seems to hate you so much, but when you look at her it seems that you like her”

Sungmin said then Donghae smiled and said

“She’s different from the other girls that I’ve met…. “

“Sungmin-ah and Donghae-ah! Let’s go!”

“Leeteuk-ah! Yes we’ll be right there”

Donghae said.

Sunny and Jessica arrived back at the lobby

“What took you so long?”

Hyoyeon asked

“We bumped into two guys, we made friends too”

Jessica said

“Aigoo… ok, ok…”

“Ms. Kim Taeyeon?”

 A guy with his tuxedoes on said

“Oh! Mr. Kang, is everything alright now?”

Taeyeon asked, the guy nodded and said

“Yes ma’am, by the way this is Sungmin your classmate he will be escorting you girls to your dorm”

“Huh? Sungmin oppa?”

Sunny asked as she looked at Sungmin. They were both shocked they even pointed at each other and they both said

“You…?”

Jessica was also shocked so she said

“Oh! Oppa! He’s our friend that we met…”

She saw Donghae along with Sungmin

“You! Aigoo…”

“What now? What did I do now Jessie?”

Donghae asked

“ani…nothing! And why did you call me Jessie? We’re not close!”

Jessica said

“But I thought you wanted to be called Jessie because as it was stated here in your diary you’re N.I.C.K name”

Donghae said while holding the pink diary of Jessica

“Yah! Give me that!”

Jessica exclaimed while she reaches for her diary she accidentally stepped on the foot of Donghae and they both fell Jessica reached for her diary and happily said

“There!”

Donghae stood up and lend a hand to Jessica and pulled her up, Jessica bumped into Donghae

“Eherm! So…Sungmin hi again”

Sunny said

“Guys this is Lee Sungmin and Lee Donghae they are both our classmates here in the camp”

Sunny said

“Hi Sunny”

Sungmin said

“Gentlemen why don’t you escort them to their rooms”

Mr. Kang said

“Yes sir”

Donghae said

“Sunny I’ll help you with your luggage”

Sungmin offered

“Thank you Sungmin”

Sunny said

“Jessica…I’ll help you with that”

Donghae said. Jessica gave her luggage to Donghae

“Thanks”

Sungmin and Donghae led them to their rooms. Sungmin led Sunny to her bed.

“Here you go”

Sungmin handed Sunny’s luggage

“Thank you”

Sunny said

“Thank you Sungmin oppa and Donghae oppa”

Hyoyeon said

“Thank you”

Seohyun said

“You’re welcome, the training starts tomorrow 6:00 am sharp so you guys should be done with your hygiene practices and eating your breakfast before 6”

Donghae said

“ok”

Taeyeon said

“That early?”

Jessica asked

“Yes why is there a problem with that… Jessie? Late people have punishments such as 100 push-ups, or even mud crawling in 1 hour straight no rest; I saw it in the book near the counter”

Donghae said and smiled

“Aish… Why did I ever join this thing?”

Jessica murmured. Taeyeon hit Jessica’s head with a paper and said

“No one said you to join”

“Unni!”

Jessica exclaimed

“What?!”

Taeyeon shouted. Jessica was startled, Taeyeon looked at her and saw Jessica’s expression she burst into laughter

“Unni… you’re making us startle”

Seohyun said

“I was supposed to make it look real but Jessie’s face was…hahahaha!”

Taeyeon kept on laughing.

“Sunny do you have a boyfriend?”

Sungmin asked

“Wow, that was unexpected, well… no, why?”

Sunny said

“Nothing just asking”

Sungmin smiled, Sunny smiled back at Sungmin

“We should keep going… Oh! By the way the dinner will start within 43 minutes. We need to go bye!”

Donghae said

“Bye Sunny she you later at dinner”

Sungmin said. They left, Hyoyeon sat near Sunny and said

“Unni how is it? You know that Sungmin likes you  I just know it! The way he looks at you and smiles…”

“Yah! Be quiet fix your things and get ready for dinner”

Sunny said, Jessica nodded and said

“You know Sunny Hyoyeon is right since from the start he keeps on looking at you and smiling, I think he really likes you…”

“May be you guys are just day dreaming arrange your things because we have 3 minutes more to go for dinner”

Sunny said

“Yeah may be we were just day dreaming but I guess she likes that too, come on let’s go now”

Taeyeon said. As soon as they were all done they went together and as they look for the way they met a group of guys together with Sungmin and Donghae

“Oh oppa! Annyeong”

Sunny bowed

“Hello! I am Jessica Jung”

Jessica said

“Hello Jessie!”

Donghae greeted

“I told you not to call me by my nickname we are not close!”

Jessica said

“Oh! is this the girl you’ve been talking about?are you Jessica and Sunny? Oh! Did you know these two were talking about the two of you they said you were beauty… I said too much eh? I’m Eunhyuk”

Eunhyuk said. Sungmin and Donghae glared at him he bowed for forgiveness. Hyoyeon looked at Sunny and said

“I told you unni he likes…”

Sunny glared at her, Hyoyeon paused and said

“Sorry…I am Hyoyeon by the way”

“Hello I am Kyuhyun”

Kyuhyun said

“Hello I am Leeteuk”

Leeteuk said

“Hi I am Henry and this guy right here is Yesung”

Henry said

“Hello”

Yesung said

“hello I am Taeyeon”

Taeyeon said

“hello I am Seohyun the youngest”

Seohyun said

“so… let us go together to the dining”

Leeteuk smiled at Taeyeon, Taeyeon smiled back and said

“Yes, please lead the way because we are kinda lost”

Taeyeon said

“Sure!”

Leeteuk said

“oppa… is the training here hard?”

Hyoyeon asked Eunhyuk

“Kind of for newbie like you but I’m sure you’ll get used to it”

Eunhyuk smiled.

“Ah ok thanks”

Hyoyeon said.

Seohyun looked straight on the hallway while Kyuhyun looked at her angelic face with sudden interest suddenly Henry kneed him and whispered

“You like her eh? L-O-V-E at 1^st sight?”

“May be”

Kyuhyun laughed
