Once upon a time... was a world unknown to human beings... a world where beasts and elves existed... a world of fantasies where everything is possible... yet it is a world at war... the world called Spyra...

                For generations, each kings and queens kept peace with each other to keep balance. It was good. Though they had disputes, but all were settled with neither threats nor blood. It was a great time... until such time the population is growing, scarcity became known.

                Some Elves became dissatisfied... they had created revolutionary packs against the rulers. These revolutionaries they raid each town to gain, to steal, and to kill. Time came and they embrace the art of dark magic and became too much more powerful than an ordinary Elven soldier. The Elves called them... the Deathroyers.

                The kings and queens became alarmed about these Elves... so they sought help from the high priests and priestess... These priests and priestess prayed dusk to dawn to the high creator to save them from the unwanted ‘plague’.

                The creator pitied the Elves... thus from the sky above... a gift was granted to them. 13+2 gems came falling from the skies and landed in the sacred shrine as armoured Elves.

                These gems looked magnificently from their head down to their boots. The one with wings, larger than he is, with a golden gleaming lance; flew onwards the Elves who witnesses them and said:

                “I am the diamond, I am the supreme leader of this pack, we are sent here to grant the plea of the mortals.” With stomp of his lance, he and the rest of the pack went flying or running towards the city to purge evilness.

                Elves watched in amazement as these gems fought with powers no Elven knew till that day. The gems purge the world from these so called deathroyers. The world now was free and is developing once again.

                The gems were to live in the mortal world... to be reborn as Elves themselves. The gems gave the priests a necklace with 13 empty gem slots.

                “If the world needs us again, find the 13 +2 gems and we shall be here... find and assemble us as we should, assemble un in this very shrine, no gem must be left behind... or the elf who is in charge of finding us dies” The diamond gem said. And with that, he and the other gems became light again and vanishes in every direction.

                Thus the tradition of gem reuniting came... to purge the world from deathroyers... one is chosen to reunite them...
