Patrick Chan: back to back 2-time World Champion, Chinese-Canadian, the sweet skater who adores Yuna.
They've been with each other since their junior years, training with the same choreographer David Wilson, and on some occasions, both training in Colorado. Patrick is always known for his adoration towards Yuna, which is actually true, he said it in too many interviews to be take it back. He's performed in all three of Yuna's ice show: All that Skate, and last year, they did a pair skate for the Act 2 opening which made both of their hearts beat when Patrick put his hand on Yuna's waist for a spin or when he back-hugged her for the ending position.
Patrick and Yuna, they will fall in love, and the 2012-2013 season where Yuna has a comeback in a month this December, is a true story of their lives.
(Hey everybody i'm Lani! This story is basically true and I do believe that Patrick Chan and Yuna Kim have something going on. This will be a true accout of their feelings in a fanfiction point of view of the things that happen in the real 2012-2013 figure skating season.)
Foreword
Patrick had just gotten last place in Japan. Not a Grand Prix event, though. Patrick Chan, the defending World Champion, never gets last place. Reporters are buzzing about how "the rest of the world is closing up to Chan", and how his performance in Japan was "a slap in the face".
Patrick had gotten a silver medal in Skate Canada, coming second after Spaniard Javier Fernandez, who is under Yuna Kim's legendary past coach Brian Orser. Last year he had won Skate Canada, the Grand Prix event in front of his home country, and this year, silver. There are many articles of Patrick Chan's new coach, and his new girlfriend who is his new coach's daughter.
While looking at all of this, Yuna's heart ached. She needed to get back. She needed to skate, she needed to see his face. He was a friend, a very special one. And they have known each other for the past three and four years, and she needed to be there for him. At the World Championships next year, and the Olympics in 2014. For her to do that, she needed to come back strong at the competition in December.
Yuna was back on ice for him.
