Xiah Junsu was nothing but happy tonight

It was almost early morning when he finally planted his tired body on to the soft mattress, his body still pulsing from excitement as he replayed the MC calling his name over and over.

“And the best male actor goes to…. Kim Junsu!”

He closed his eyes then let his tears flow once again without any resistance.

His phone broke the silence as he picked up the phone then smiled silently to himself because he knew exactly who were on the other line

Junsu slid his fingers over the screen then quickly brought it to his ear before uttering

“hyung?”

“Junsu ya!” the other voice exclaimed as soon as the line opened.

“I watched the award show tonight! Junsu ya I am so proud of you, congratulations” the familiar warm voice flooded Junsu’s already arrayed mind before the tears once again welled up in his teardrop eyes

“Ya! How dare you win the best musical award before your hyung huh?” Another familiar roared in the background before Junsu could answer and the voice bellowed again

“You know, I will never admit defeat but you deserve it hyung… congratulations” the younger man’s voice finally broke all the feelings Junsu was containing within himself and He could no longer stop the tears as he dropped the phone on his bed, covering his face with his delicate hands.

“Junsu ya…” After a moment of silence, the older man’s voice flowed out of the speaker making Junsu quickly get himself together and brought his phone to his side once again

“sorry Hyung, I’m just so happy right now, I can’t contain it!” Junsu’s shaking voice cut through the silent room.

“No, We are sorry for not being able to see it in person” the older voice continued

“I wish I could of seen your play too junsu ya..”

“No, Don’t say that please, This is enough” Junsu answered immediately, suddenly shaken by his words.

“We all promised not to say that right?”

“right…”

“HUH I just wanted to see you kiss a guy!” the younger man’s sudden interruption broke the silence as the man’s laughter could be heard from the other side.

“Ya! It means I’m a good actor alright?” Junsu roared back, his lips parting into smile.

“I won’t believe it till I see it” the younger man fought back with a laugh as Junsu could imagine his eyes turning mismatched and feeling of reminisce suddenly flooded his mind.

“I miss you two” the 4 words escaped his lips before he could stop himself.

The overwhelming silence continued for what seemed like forever before the older man spoke tenderly into the phone, reaching Junsu’s ear like a calming melody.

“We miss you three…. We will see each other again… soon, I promise”

Junsu’s face slowly turned into a smile

Because He knew Jung Yunho NEVER broke his promises.
