Since my father gave me another responsibility, my daily basis changed. Times that I wake up at ten in the morning changed into waking up at six in the morning.

--Monday--

At exactly 6:00 am, my alarm rang. I woke up as it alarmed and ready my clothes. Clothes that fits my father's standards. In other words, from now on I would wear dresses fit for work. This set up was new to me. I never wore dresses. I always wear jeans and a simple shirt and sneakers. So as soon as my father gave me this job, I headed to the department store to buy lots of dresses and shoes.

For this day, I thought of wearing the black dress I bought at one known store. Its a black sleeveless dress with gold designs. After preparing my clothes, I went to the bathroom to take a shower. After 1 hour of taking a bath, I dressed up. As I get the cereal from the refrigerator, my father caught a sight of me.

"You want a ride to the office?" my father asked me

"Um...no. I'll be heading to the shop first. But thanks." I replied

"Okay. Remamber. Be there by exactly eight." my father reminded me

"I will." I replied

My father left me alone in the kitchen.

"Why didn't you go with your father?" Yoona suddenly appeared behind me

"Yoona! You shocked me!" I scowled her

"Sorry." Yoona replied smiling at me "So, why didn't you go with your father?"

"I'll stop by the shop." I explained

"Ohhhh." She said

As soon as I finished my cereal, I left the house. I dropped by the shop first.

"Good morning ma'am." my employees greeted me.

"Good morning." I greeted them back and smiled "How's the shop going?"

"Sales went up ma'am." the manager replied

"That is great news." I replied in a  happy manner

"And by the way ma'am. There is a customer who is ordering a large quantity of clothes from us." the manager updated me again

"Really?" I replied with a questioning look.

"Yes, ma'am. She said that she want you and her to sign a contract that would testify that the news reached you." the manager explained the details

"Sure. Set the date." I replied

"The date's settled ma'am. They picked the date." the manager said

"Oh. Okay. When will be it?" I asked

"On Friday. Exactly 9:00 am." the manager replied

"Okay. I'll be there." I replied. Then, I remembered that I must be at the office at exactly 8:00 am. I looked at my watch. 7:32 am. Only 28 minustes left and I'm late.

"I have to go."

"Ma'am?" the manager asked me

"I have to go to the office." I explained

"Office?" the manager seemed not to understand me.

"I'll explain later." I said as I rushed to the door.

I rode the car.

"To the company. Now!" I ordered my driver.

"Yes ma'am." He replied

We caught a traffic on our way there. I looked at my watch. 7:45 am. Only 15 minutes and I'm late.

*Great! First day of work and I'm late. -I told myself

After 5 minutes, the traffic moved. Everything was going smoothly except the time. I got only 10 min.

"Can't we go a little faster?" I asked my driver

"This is the speed limit at this road ma'am." the driver explained

"Oh no. I'm so dead." I said to myself.

After 7 minutes of travelling, we arived at the company. I rushed to the elevator.

"What?! Under repair?!" I complained "Oh. What will I do?"

I looked around the lobby to look for any solutions. As I turn my head around, I saw a stairs.

"Stairs. It's the only way. Three minutes would be enough." I said to myself

I ran to the stairs. I tried to run faster but as I go higher, my feet feels tired. But that didn't stop me. I have to reach the CEO's floor before 8 am. At last, I reached the floor. I saw my dad talking to his assistant. I walked up to him.

"Dad." I called him

He turned around with a disappointment face.

"You're late!" my dad said

"It's just one minute." I replied

"You can do many things in one minute! A minute is somehow important. The janitor arrives earlier than you do." my dad pointed out

"I'm sorry. I caught a traffic on my way here." I explained

"If you left early or went with me. You couldn't have be late." my dad said leaving me. In front of his assistant's table, he stopped.

"And by the way. In this job, you call me sir not dad. Understand?" my dad reminded me

I nodded

"Yes sir. No nods allowed. Do you understand?" my dad asked again

"Yes da--sir." I replied
