In a blink of an eye, the everything ended.
While the rest of the girls headed back home, Sica and TaeNy remained in the hospital for the night.

----Jessica's POV----

"Sica, do you want a late night snack?" Taengoo asked.

"No thanks Taeyeon..." I replied, eyes not leaving YoonA's still body structure.

"You need to eat something...It's been so long already." Taeyeon sighed and walked out of the room with Tiffany.

As there was no one else in the private ward YoonA had, it felt all too quiet for YoonA and I.
With YoonA's cold hand within mine and tears in my eyes, I recalled some things that happened earlier on.

*Earlier on.*

Yuri and I sat together outside the emergency room.
Along the corridor, only the voices of the eight of us could be heard.
All there was was our constant crying.

The doctor finally came out of the room, taking his mask off.
We rushed towards him anxiously.

"How is she?!" I asked, pulling onto onto the green fabric of his attire.

He shook his head and sighed.
My eyes grew wide in horror after seeing him shake his head.
Don't tell me that she didn't make it..?

"We did our best..." He sighed and apologised.

"Wait, what do you mean?" Taeyeon asked in disbelief. "We've lost her?"

Much as I feared, the doctor still nodded his head silently.
Behind him, I spotted YoonA, being pushed out by some nurses.

"YoonA..." I knelt beside her and cried. "I got you into this...I'm sorry."

"Miss, take it easy." The doctor patted my shoulder.

"What do you mean take it easy?!" I yelled, standing up.

"Sica..." Sunny grabbed my arm and tried to comfort me.

"We really did our best...But the bullet was too close to her heart." The doctor explained.

"Stop your excuses!" I shoved my finger onto his lips. "You could have saved her!"

I walked over to YoonA's body again.
While her face looked all lifeless and cold, she still looked beautiful.
My hand traced down her cheeks, hoping to wake her up like she usually did.
But it was fruitless...She's gone.

"Come on...Wake up YoonA." I mumbled to myself.

"Sica...YoonA's gone..." Taeyeon cried and hugged me.

"Taengoo...I want YoonA back." I wailed and held on to her tightly.

"We can't have her back..." Taeyeon sighed and my back.

I didn't want to hear anyone tell me that at all.
I want someone to tell me that YoonA lives on.
A bizillion thoughts went through my mind as I looked down onto YoonA's helpless face.
All I thought of, was to find those jerks and make them pay.

"I need to find them, and ask them to return YoonA to me!" I clenched my fist and ran away.

"Si...ca..."

"That voice..." I gasped and turned around.

The first thing I saw was the look of disbelief on the faces of the girls.
And then, the next thing I saw was YoonA's body, trying to sit up.

"Sica..." YoonA softly called out again.

"YoonA, I'm here!" I ran over with all my might until I was beside her.

"Sica..." YoonA smiled, seeing me beside her.

I began smiling and pulled her in for a hug.
Even though weak, her strength enabled her to lock my body to her.

"Please don't leave..." I sobbed in the warmth of her shoulder.

"I won't Sica...I wo-" YoonA collapsed onto the bed again.

"YoonA!" I screamed. "Doctor, doctor!"

I took YoonA's cold hand and kissed it.
I'm so glad that she is alright.
When the doctor finally stabled her heart rate, it was like a weight off my chest.

"Sica..." YoonA's weak voice woke me up from my thoughts.

"Hey, you are awake." I smiled and greeted her happily.

"I'm glad you are safe Sica..." She smiled sweetly.

"Don't do things like that in the future..." I sighed.

YoonA just laughed softly to herself and pulled me down onto the bed.
I missed lying down on her shoulders so much...

----YoonA's POV----

I giggled to myself as I felt tugging on my shirt.
This tugging was something I remember best.
It was Sica, gripping onto my shirt tightly in her sleep.

"Are you really asleep?" I asked, her hair.

"I'm not." Sica laughed quietly. "I can't hide anything from you, can I?"

"Not when I know you so well." I whispered into her ears and gave her a kiss on her cheek.

Sica smiled shyly and hugged me tightly.
The entire bed seemed too unstable for the both of us as it creaked to our movements.

"Aish, you two..." Taeyeon unnie sighed and knocked on the door.

"Oops." I grinned and got off the bed while Sica remained lying on it.

"Wait, YoonA should be the patient right?" Tiffany unnie scratched her head and asked.

Sica bolted up and quickly helped me back onto the bed.
But it was really strange...
I felt no pain on my body at all.

"Are you alright YoonA?" Sica asked, putting her hand across my face.

"I'm all alright." I smiled and kissed her hand.

"That's great..." She sighed and laid down on my shoulder again.

"Sica?" I called out.

As she lifted her head to look at me, I got up and pushed my lips onto hers.
With shock, Sica gripped my sides tightly and moaned.
I couldn't help but giggle at her adorable side.

"Yah, you two have the mood to do this here?" Taeyeon unnie laughed along with Tiffany.

"Yeah, how could you." Another voice came through.

Sica and I paused our activity to that familiar voice.
The four of us turned our heads towards the door.
Yuri stood there with a smirk on her face.
Sica and I held onto each other tightly and welcomed the girl in...
