I felt so light, as if floating in air. But at the same time I could feel his strong arms wrapped around me. Bringing me out of my daze as he laid me down onto the ground. Grass stalks tickling my sensitive skin.

I couldn`t bear the thought of locking into his eyes. I was so scared. What would they show me? I thought he wanted to kill me. But why did he look at me with so much warmth back then? Back, when we first crossed ways in the battlefield. Why did he push me down? To save me up for himself to kill? Or to rescue me?

No, why should he? He isn`t like me. He is evil. I shouldn`t trust him. Maybe he wants to play with my mind, trying to win my trust and at some point push me into hell. So I would feel pain for the rest of my life.

But why does he caress me with so much care? With so much care, I couldn`t help but open my eyes. Just to see not what I expected. Worry. I don`t understand it. Shouldn`t they hold so much hate, like we always got told. Shouldn`t their eyes be as dark as the night and hold fire in them like the fire in hell they would look at every day?

Why can`t I find it now? Was it all a lie? No, father would never lie to us. And why do I even question him? We are not supposed to question what we are told.
