“Excuse me, have you ever seen this girl?” Junhyung showed the picture to a stranger he met on the street as the stranger shook his head and walked away

“Junnie…” Hyunseung didn’t know how to stop his friend

“Excuse me…” Junhyung continued asking

“Hyung, I know you’re in pain but you have to let it go…It has been 2 years already” Dongwoon held Junhyung’s arm

“Woonie’s right. She’s not with us anymore, Junnie-ah” – Doojoon

“NO. She’s at somewhere and I know it. She won’t leave me like that” Junhyung ran away from his friends

“How can we stop him?” – Kikwang

“They loved each other so much. It’s hard for him to forget” – Yoseob

“He has rights to hope. The police haven’t found her body…” – Hyunseung

“But the bus was exploded. No one survived. It’s hopeless” – Dongwoon

“Let the time heal his pain…Now, we should go home. He’ll stop when he’s tired” – Doojoon

At midnight, Junhyung collapses on the floor after reaching his room. He’s exhausted. Exhausted of  running of strength, exhausted of finding. He can’t stand the fact that the one he loves most has died. The night seems longer to him. He can’t sleep. Whenever he closes his eyes, she appears. He wants to cry so badly but tears can’t fall down.

“Hyuna, where are you now?” Junhyung drank a bottle of soju he just bought on the way home

He sees her in every single thing in his room. She’s so precious. He doesn’t know that there’s one day she never comes back. He gets angry because he can’t cry, he can’t do anything to save her. He throws the bottle to wall as it breaks into pieces. He destroys everything in front of him and screams out. He punches the mirror continuously until he gets tired and blood comes out.

“Junhyung!! Open the door. Junhyung!!” his friends called his name outside

“Leave me alone” he shouted keeping hitting the mirror

“Junnie-ah, listen to me. Hyuna isn’t in this world anymore. You have to face the truth” – Hyunseung

“You’re wrong. She’s still here. Somewhere. I’ll find her. No matter what. I’ll find her. GO AWAY!!...Hyuna…” Junhyung finally kneeled down on the floor

“She can’t leave me without saying goodbye” he mumbled

{Flashback}

“How’s it?” Hyuna was waiting

“Ew…How can you call it as a meal?” Junhyung took a sip of water

“YAH!! I cooked that”

“And it’s bad”

“YAH!! I’m your girlfriend”

“And you’re bad cook”

“Whatever, I won’t cook for you anymore” she took the plate and put it in the sink

“Hey, come on…I haven’t finished my sentence. Even you’re not good at cooking, I still love you and still eat what you cook” he gave her a back hug

“Psf…Look who’s saying” she broke the hug and went to the sofa

“I’m honest. I’ll eat everything you serve” he joined her but she didn’t responded

“Hey, are you mad at me?” Junhyung touched Hyuna’s arm and she still kept silence

“Hyunie-ah…I’m sorry…” he pulled her to his laps and made a puppy face

“Stop that. It doesn’t suit you” she brusted into laugh

“Yah~ You scared me~”

“Mian, oppa” she kissed his cheek

“That isn’t enough~” he whined

“You’re so childish” she wanted to give him a peck but he was quick enough to capture her lips and make it a long, passionate kiss

“So…What do you want to cook tomorrow?” Junhyung asked while hugging Hyuna

“Fried rice…Do you have to work tomorrow?” she was playing with his hair

“Yes but I want to stay home with Hyunie” he smiled

“Psf…I don’t like a lazy boyfriend” she tried to get away from him

“Who said I’m your boyfriend. I’m your husband” he smirked pulling her closer

“Are you proposing me?” she raised her eyebrows playfully

“Aren’t you supposed to blush?”

“Yah!! Answer my question!!”

“So what do you think about this?...Will you marry me, Hyuna?” Junhyung took of a small box from his pocket

“Well, not like what I imagined but…Yes, I’ll” Hyuna crossed her arms around his neck nodding happily

Junhyung wants to get rid of the thoughts of her so he rushes out and runs as fast as he can, not knowing where he’s going. He stops when he runs out of breaths. When he notices, he’s at a small park that he hasn’t come before. There’re not many trees so that he can look up and see the sky. There’s only one star shining on the night sky tonight. Somehow, he feels his cheeks are burning as tears start falling down. He doesn’t stop them. He sits down and cries harder. After 2 years, he finally can cry out.

{Flashback}

“Oppa, umma said that she wants to meet her son-in-law” Hyuna told Junhyung

“I know. I’ll visit her when Christmas…When’ll you come back to Seoul? Do you want me pick you up?” he was in his office

“I’m on my way. It may take about 2 hours. Ani, I can go home by myself, just focus on your work, oppa…Are you missing me?”

“Yeah…I miss your bad cooking skill” he joked

“Yah~ It’s improving” she pouted

“Don’t pout. People may think you crazy” he chuckled

“Whatever…I have to go, oppa. See you later. Love you” she kissed on the phone

“Love you, too” he hung up

Junhyung picks up his phone when it rings

“Hyunie, you arrive al…” he was cut off because the caller wasn’t Hyuna

“I’m from the police station. Sorry for announcing this but the owner of this phone got into an accident and you are the last one she called before it happened…Sir, are you listening?”

“Ah, yes. How’s she? Is she alright?” he was panicking

“I’m sorry, sir. No one survived. The bus was exploded. Do you know her family? Can you…” the phone fell down to the floor when Junhyung was frozened in shock
