Kayla is a sixteen year old girl who lost her mother when she was six. Her father is barely around so most of the time Kayla is either alone or with her stepmom, Dana, who hates her. Kayla isn't normal like everyone else, she can literally feel when someone is hurting and wheither she likes it or not she has to help them or risk being destroyed by her own gift.
