The dinner was great, I can’t remember last time I’ve laughed that much and actually have a good time. With my sister and Seunghyun sharing our memories together, it really made me realize how much I missed having Seunghyun around.

“So Bom, how did you meet Siwon actually?” Seunghyun asked and both I and Go Eun tensed

“Well.. Uhm actually she only-“My sister started but I immediately cut her off

“I only met him at a party” I quickly said and turned my attention to my food. Seunghyun must have noticed that something was off, and dropped the topic.

“I see.. “ We all went quiet until the waitress came

“Are you finished with your food, Sir?” I heard her say in a light tone, obviously flirting with Seunghyun. I just rolled my eyes thinking that this girl never could stand a chance with Seunghyun.

“Is there anything wrong Bommie?” My sister asked, as she noticed my disturbed face

“Are you perhaps jealous?” She whispered and I immediately shock my head

“NO! I mean, why would I?” I simply said and looked away

“So you rolling your eyes and giving that cute waitress a death glare is just to show respect, huh?” She asked and smirked as she saw me pouting.

“Unnie.. Not here”

“So, you guys ready to go, I’ve paid the check” Seunghyun interrupted us and we both broke our conversation and looked at Seunghyun

“Yeah, sure” We both said in union

Seunghyun drove us home and carefully helped Go Eun out of the car and into the wheelchair as we made our way to the front door.

“I’ll go in first, Seunghyun obviously wants to talk to you and I’m not letting you in until you talk to him” She said and closed the door right in front of my face

“Yah! It’s my house! You can’t just lock me outside” I yelled

“Technically its Siwon’s house, not yours!” She yelled back

“Whatever” I sighed and looked at Seunghyun standing there with his hands in his pockets.

“Wanna take a walk?” He asked and I heaved my shoulders and walked over to him

“Sure, why not?” I said as we started to walk

“So, I know that you really don’t wanna hear this but, I really think you should” He started as I just nodded.

“The reason I didn’t come back was-“ He started until I cut him off and walked in front of him

“Hold on, I just have to make this clear.. No matter what you say, it’s not gonna make a difference between us, okay? It just can’t” I said and walked back to my spot again.

“Just hear me out okay?” He said before he continued

“I couldn’t. My aunt got sick, she got really sick, and that’s why I didn’t come back, I had to take care of her. The doctors found out that they couldn’t do much but to give her the medications, but it was like she was dead already, she couldn’t speak, she couldn’t hear. It was like talking to a wall. I stayed with her the whole time, still, I talked to her, and I read for her still having that little hope about that she might, just might hear me. It was heartbreaking to look at her empty eyes..” He explained and I felt my eyes getting watery.

“why didn’t you tell me? You could have called, or send me a text telling me that she was sick” I said, fighting against my tears

“I know, I’m sorry. I tried, so many times, but I just couldn’t let myself to dilate your number. I was a wreck back then, and when she finally left for heaven I got a letter from her saying that I should go chase my dreams, and go back to the one person who really loved me and who really cared about me” He paused

“And I did” He said and looked at me, I didn’t realize I was crying until he removed my tears with his thumb.

“You were too late” I croaked. And he sighed and smiled a bittersweet smile.

“Yeah, I was. And that’s my entire fault; I guess I didn’t deserve your love. You love someone else, I can’t change that” He said and cupped my face looking deep into my eyes

“You’re wrong” I said, and he looked at me confused

“I don’t-“ I was about to say when someone broke our conversation

“....There you are!” 

Hahaha! Now i'm gonna leave you hanging for a while becaaaaaauseeeeee............................................... I'm going to the States for 10 days!! I'm leaving tomorrow, so there wont be any updates from me in a while.
