“What do you mean Yesung?” Teukie asked not knowing why Yesung said that, snatching his hand away from the stranger he replied

“ I asked him who he was and want to know why he is touching my hand” now glaring at Kyuhyun “well?”

Moments later a doctor came with a nurse, they thoroughly examine Yesung before turning to the others who was still in a daze

“ I see nothing wrong with him, he should be able to recover quickly since he has made good progress so far” the doctor said

“ But he cant remember Kyu, how is that possible while he can remember us?” Heechul argued thinking that there was still something wrong with Yesung because the fact that he can’t remember Kyu is more than big, if anything it should have been them who were forgotten according to his logic

“ Sorry, I am not an expert in the field of physiology but it could be that he didn’t want to remember certain events causing his brain to block them out therefore that is the reason why he is experiencing amnesia with certain things” the doctor replied trying to carefully explain as best he could

“ You mean he doesn’t want to remember?”  Kyuhyun whispered out and the doctor only nodded before returning to his duties

“Teukie hyung? He is…” waiting for an explanation Yesung finally sat up with his back leaning on the pillow against the bed. The members exchange glances not knowing how to deal with a situation like this while Kyu sat down on the chair that he knock down trying to gather his thoughts together

“Well, his name is Kyuhyun, he’s the maknae and a member of Super Junior…” Teukie was trying to explain who Kyu was to Yesung, how was he supposed to do that?

Explaining whom someone was to a person who lived it was a tough thing to do but it was more complicated since the two of them have something more which one of them doesn’t seem to want to remember right now.

Before Leeteuk could continue Kyu stood up not facing anyone and walked outside of the room, upon nearly losing the person he loves most and finally having the courage to face his feelings when that person wake up but now reality was just being cruel to him, the memories they shared, all forgotten and his existence it self was erased.

As soon as Kyu walked out Heechul spontaneously went up to Yesung.

“You really don’t remember?” Heechul trying to be as calm as possible, Yesung only nodded

“ How is that possible hyung, you and Kyu-“ Sungmin couldn’t finish his sentence as Teukie put a hand to cover his mouth so that he wouldn’t reveal to much.

Even if it was true that they love each other, the other members cant say anything as this would become a shock to Yesung, which may not be a good outcome at the moment, they can only pray that luck is on Kyu’s side helping him.

“ Let just say he is very special to you and you two are very close to each other” Teukie said with a weak smile but Yesung knew that there was more to his words than it actually seem

“ Special to me?” Yesung can only search his memories to find the meaning of the word but had no luck

Leeteuk pat Yesung’s shoulders signalling him to stop trying to remember right now if he can’t, 1 hour later Kyu came back with a bunch of stuff in his hands and the other members just gave him a confused look which he ignore

“ Yesungie~” Kyu called out as he moved closer to Yesung

“ That’s hyung for you” Yesung gave Kyu a glare but Kyu pouted, “ You didn’t say anything before! That’s what I always call you…” was it weird for Yesung to ponder because of that pout? It was cute and for some reason he couldn’t resist it…it felt familiar….”fine” he finally let out

First Kyu gave Yesung drink, Yesung thought it had a nice aroma emitting from it “it’s what you like to drink” Yesung only nodded “ This drink!”

Everyone was looking at Yesung expectantly “ did you remember something?!” Kyu asked

“ It’s delicious!” everyone sigh… “Good for you then…”

Handing Yesung a necklace next “ this is the necklace that you gave me when I was discharged from the hospital after the car accident” Yesung didn’t say anything, he was trying to listen and take in his forgotten memories “you have one as well, the day you gave it to me you said you thought I liked it and so bought it for me just with a longer chain, it was the only present I got after getting out of the hospital… after getting it I said I was going to treasure it and would only wear it on special occasions, while you just smiled.” He let out a light chuckle “ we even got teased by the other members for having a couples necklace…”

The other members smiled at the side as they recall themselves teasing Yesung and Kyu.

“ Anyway… I was put under a lot of pressure because of you, you wanted me to win immortal songs because you won, but actually I won it because I thought you would be happy which encouraged me to do the best I could” Kyu was now smiling remembering the time Yesung would go on and on about him wining immortal songs and told him he needed to win as well. He was snapped out of it when he felt a finger touch his philtrum…

Kyu and the members looked at Yesung and second later he seemed to have snapped out of it as well and said

“ Sorry…I just had the urge…” Yesung was blushing, how could he do that the someone he didn’t remember…it was like touching a stranger yet it felt pleasantly good, it was the perfect philtrum is how Yesung would describe it

Everyone laughed

“ Even though you don’t have your memories you still his philtrum” Heechul smirked

“ It’s okay hyung. You used to do that a lot even when I'm sleeping you would come to my room and it at night” Yesung can only blush

After hours of talking Kyu finally came to the last subject he wanted Yesung to listen to

“When I was still unconscious in the hospital you recorded a message for me… “  Kyu replayed the message Yesung recorded

“ I laughed so hard when I heard it but I also thought it was the best gift that anyone could ask for…” before Kyu continued

“I'm sorry I know it’s my voice but I don’t remember, it’s like another person saying that to you and not me, you’re just like a stranger to me right now…I don’t remember…”

Kyu froze; he became a stranger to Yesung, hearing it hurts. Kyu was eyes widen but had no emotions in them, his facial expression dropped. “ I see…” Kyu said before walking out again

Yesung didn’t say anything further, what is this feeling? Looking at Kyuhyun

Yesung’s POV

Wait, it’s throbbing deep down in my heart, I don’t remember but I can tell that this is the first time you wear such a pained expression

Yesung didn’t know what to do, even though his mind doesn’t remember it seemed it was engraved in his heart and body…

The next couple of days Yesung were discharged from the hospital, the feeling of seeing Kyu’s hurt expression was too much to bear so Yesung decided he should ask someone about it, Kyu was avoiding Yesung as he didn’t want to hear that the person he love most doesn’t remember him, he was torn

Yesung went to Siwon to ask how Kyu was doing as they had the most schedules together currently, it was weird, even though he doesn’t remember who Kyu was or what he means to Yesung but for some reason Yesung cant stop missing him or get his face out of his mind, why was he sad when he remembers Kyu’s words

Flashback

Yesung was sleeping and Kyu was the only one there to look after him as he insisted, Kyu Yesungs hair gently trying not to wait the other up

“ Why don’t you remember me? I got what I deserved I guess, I'm sorry I shouldn’t have said that…it was me being childish.

It hurts so much though… I just wished I told you my feelings before. It’s my biggest regret”

Yesung heard every word Kyu said but didn’t know what to think or how to react, maybe it was better if he pretend he didn’t hear it

Even saying that he couldn’t get it out of his head.

“Hyung?” Siwon asked

“Oh sorry, I wanted to ask you about Kyu”

“Kyu? Do you remember?” Siwon was smiling lightly

“Um no not yet, can you tell me about him?” Siwon only nodded

“ I can but it was how I viewed it, there was always more to you two. Well where to start… Kyu loves to tease his hyungs, you especially but you don’t get angry. You two are very close even with his teasing and he would only listen to you even if he does tease you which was weird for us to watch as it contradicts his action” pausing a bit to think…” when you are together you two seems happy and nothing mattered, one more thing… you really do love him with all your heart so does he…” Siwon finish what he wanted to say

“ I love him? I guess that’s why I was hurt when he had that expression, why he doesn’t seem to leave my mind” Yesung thought “thank you” Yesung said before exiting the room

“ Hyung! I think you should visit your house and see if you can remember anything” Siwon raised his voice to catch Yesung before he left

“ My house?”

“Actually you and Kyu got married for a show and you don’t really live in the dorm anymore…it’s the next apartment”

Yesung only nodded

Later he walks to the apartment, as he opens the door he felt a sense of familiarity

Exploring his home he stumbles upon the bedroom

It had pictures, images of him and Kyuhyun smiling happily together

Deep within his heart he felt as though the image showed the happiest time of his life

Looking around he can feel that the atmosphere was calm and loving…an image of him and Kyu flashed in his head and became fuzzy 

"what was that" he thought

Yesung was later called for as he had a schedule to go to, he smiled as he thought this apartment could be the first step in helping him remember something important

As he arrived and got changed all the members were there, even Kyu who seemed to be in his own world at the moment.

The manager had asked him to sing ‘your eyes’ with Kyu later as part of the concert which both of them agreed to, standing in front of the crowd he felt happy, he missed the feeling of excitement. It was only Kyu and Yesung on the stage right now ready for their duet

“ Do you think he will be okay?” Donghae asked

“Kyu is there remember? Don’t worry too much” Eunhyuk replied

The song started

As they sang the song Kyu was looking into his eyes, by the end of it a teardrop fell from Yesung’s face

“How could I for-get? Something so, so important” Yesung said looking at Kyu. They were now backstage with the other members

“ T-this was our song... our duet…” Yesung held his head while the others stared at him in confusion

“ I – I remember,” looking at Kyu who’s eyes were full of hope

“ I remember everything” he took a step toward Kyu who looked over the moon hearing Yesung say he remembers “ your Cho Kyuhyun! The evil maknae…” Yesung paused looking at Kyu’s eyes while the members gave a sigh of relief, Yesung finally remembered

“That’s right your Kyuhyun” Yesung was now touching Kyu’s face smiling “ the maknae of Super Junior and the person I lo-“ before Yesung could finished

“Hyung!” Kyu shouted as he catches the fallen Yesung in his hang

What happened? Yesung finally remembered….

They quickly sent Yesung the hospital, it was a sight Kyu didn’t want to see, Yesung lying there unconscious.

“ It would seems he had regain his memories making it a bit of a shock for his body to cope but he should be fine once he wakes up” the doctor smiled looking at the members who nodded in unison.

Not long after Yesung started to wake up and the first person he saw was Kyu,

“ Who are you?” Yesung asked looking straight into Kyu’s eyes

No not again the members thought when Yesung let out a soft husky chuckle at Kyu’s shocked expression

“ You're Kyuhyun right? The person I love...” Yesung moved to hug Kyu who was smiling at the statement. The members sigh; sometimes they think Kyu was starting to rub off onto Yesung…
