Taemin <3

I saw  the millions of people in front of me, My heart racing like never before as the crowd started to chant my name continuously.

Lee Taemin! Lee Taemin! Lee Taemin!

I was about to start dancing, for what I was sure to be my best performance ever until I felt a hand crash on my shoulder, I looked up to see my appa looking down on my with strong hints of disgust. I focused my gaze down to the floor, avoiding any eye contact. I heard a heavy sigh escape his mouth as he began to talk, “Taemin, I’m not okay with this at all. Your not going to earn any money from this, yet you keep insisting to me that you will. Due to that I’ve let you dance, but times are changing now, you’re almost an adult and you have to figure out what to do with your life.”

These words my own father said hurt me, badly. The fact that he never understood my deep love for dance. He always told me to become something great, something better then what I’m trying to be. “I’ve already figured that out Dad…” 

He looked me in the eyes, showing the obvious hatred, “Taemin, I’m being serious, if you get on that stage I am going to kick you out of my house, And we’ll see if you can making a living off dancing then.”

Then I heard my name be announced on the Intercom, My name was chanted louder and louder, I pulled the curtain out of my way to see my closest friend holding a sign.

Taemin-ah! Don’t give up, you were born to dance! Taemin FIGHTING!

Even though it was short the words hit me like a bus (A/N I don’t know why I put a bus LOLOL) I looked at my Dad, he was inpatient, waiting to see how I was to react. Our shoulder bumped as I walked onto the stage.
He could kick me out if he wanted, What was the point in staying with him all he does is have with random hookers and beat me to near death…

As I walked onto the stage they played Ghost n Stuff by Dead Mouse (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j61e2KiA00M)

I danced, never missing a Beat. Beads of sweat drooled off my forehead, the chants growing louder and louder.

I danced my heart out, by far my personal best! After minutes of hard core dancing, it was finally over. Screams from the audience filled the room. I smiled as I tried to regain my breath, but instead just panting heavily. I walked backstage to see my Dad, his face was red and he looked like he wanted to kill me. He raised his arm and slapped his strong oversized across my face leaving a red mark behind. I put my hand over the mark and stared at him, completely shocked. “You worthless .”

He left the building leaving me with hateful words that were set on replay in my mind. My friend, Sunny ran up and gave me

A sudden back hug. I jumped as I looked back at her. She smiled sweetly and snuggled her head so it fit perfectly in my shoulder, “Taemin-ah!! That was amazing!” I felt my sleeves start to feel wet, I to up a gaze on the girl. She looked back up at me visibly showing tear marks that ran down her cheeks. She let go and walked up in front of me, “Sorry about that!”

She started to laugh; I joined in, “Aha it’s okay!”

She stopped laughing, and caressed her hand on the mark I had got. “Taemin, what happened to you?!?!?” She yelled. A sad looked appeared upon her face. I looked away from her, “Nothing! It’s just an irritation from all the makeup those designers put on me!! You know how sensitive my skin is!!”

She then put on her infamous ‘Your-ing-With-Me-Right’ face, “Yah! Don’t lie to me! They don’t even have makeup artists here!!! Now tell me the truth!!” I sighed and looked back at her face, an uncomfortable feeling was stirring inside of me, “Araso, My father slapped me again, plus he kicked me out of the house.”

The aura around us felt awkward, Sunny didn’t speak a word, and she just stared at me for several minutes. It was at least 5 minutes later that she pulled me in for a hug, rubbing my back and placing her head on my shoulder. I put my arms around her waist, pulling her in closer. We had been hugging for about two minutes before people around us started whisper amongst themselves. She pulled me by my shoulder so that I was at her level, and started to whisper, “Until you find a place to go, you can stay at my place, we have an extra room so you’re free to stay as long as you need to.” I looked at her and smiled, she smiled in return, “Thank you!”
