Co-Author Moon here! Cat is too lazy to actually write the application and the rules, if you already applied, do not panic, you'll still be in for consideration. Let me make this straight, Cat comes with the main ideas and I usually edit and add more details to them. It if you have a lazy author.  :/ CoughcoughCatCoughcough
