Back in Seoul..

Jiyong's mom send out people to search for him and to go after Il Woo, whom she has lost contact with. She told her people to find out what Il Woo is up to and to try bringing him back to Seoul.

Meanwhile, Dara's parents stayed in a hotel in LA and also seeks help from their connections in search for Dara.

“I told you, the marrying her off to someone will scare her away” Dara's mom uttered

“If you have only watch after her carefully this would not happen” Dara's father replied

“she's our only child, you must do all you can to bring her back, or else..” Dara's mom exclaimed

“Or else what?” her dad asked

“I will get a divorce! Isn't your daughter more important than this merger?!” her mom exclaimed and left the room.

Dara's dad, sighed. He remembered Dara as a girl, the little girl who adores her father so much. “I only want what's best for her” he uttered

Chris and Dara went to a casino, to test their luck as newlyweds. They gambled, something both of them did for the first time, they lost a lot and had only few money left, then they tried the slot machine

“Its our last money” Dara uttered sadly

Chris held her hand “we will win this, $50,000” Chris smiled

Then they pulled the lever, Dara closes her eyes as she waited for the resut

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

They won! They hugged each other. They were greeted by the staff, few minutes later, they got their money, instead of spending, they settled to a motel near by. They were both tired, but then they remembered, they were newlyweds

They looked at each other, after looking at the bed in front of them. Dara sighed

“I can sleep in the sofa” Chris uttered

“no, its okay, we can share the bed” Dara replied.

Then there was silenced.

“you can go wash up” Chris uttered

“umm, no you can go first” dara replied

“hmmm, okay” Chris answered and went to the bathroom.

 

When he got there, he was so nervous, the same with Dara who took a deep breath.

“what should I do?” They both asked themselves

Chris took a shower, looked at the mirror “I can do this, no pressure”

Then he went out and told Dara to go take a shower. Dara did what she was told, Chris went to the bed and lie down, when she heard Dara coming, he pretended to be asleep.

Dara went to lie down beside him.

“I know you're still awake” she told him

Then Chris turned around to face her. Dara blushed and became even more nervous

“I know we're newly weds, but we only just met as well. Let's take things slow from here, I won't be forcing you to do something you wouldn't like.” Chris uttered

Dara smiled, and nodded her head. Chris reached out to her to hug her close to him

“This is better.” Chris uttered and they both fell asleep.

Chris woke up early the next day, he saw his phone with so many missed calls, all coming from her mother. Then he reads a text message.

“I sent people to help you, I told them to meet you at the hotel you were staying”

After seeing that, he woke Dara up.

“Let's go” he told her

“go where?” she asked

“another place, you want to go to New York?” He asks

Dara just looked at him.

“I think we shouldn't be staying in one place, they might be on search for you or for me” he explained.

Upon hearing that, Dara stood up and packed her things. Chris just smiled as he watches her.

They went to ride greyhound transit, it will be a long a 2 ½ days for them.

“what are we going to do in New York? We can't spend what we have won, we have to earn” Dara uttered

“I was thinking of working part time anywhere, I can be a driver or a dishwasher” he replied

“I can do that too” Dara uttered

“Nope, you stay at home..wait for me” Chris added smiling

“or maybe we should go back” Dara said

“We can do that after sometime, but not in Seoul, we'll go to the countryside” Chris replied

“You're right, they wouldn't suspect us to be there” Dara agreed smiling.

Then she looks at Chris(Il Woo) “why did your brother ran away?”

“he's always been rebellious, he wants doing things his way, while I was the obedient one. Did I tell you he was supposed to marry someone? That's what pushed him to the limit” Then Chris looked at Dara

 

“how about you?why did you ran away?” Chris asked

“Nothing, I just want to breathe a different air...” Dara lied

Then she remembered her dad, her father wanted to join business with his friend, thus making an arranged marriage for their kids. Dara refused to do it.

“well' its a totally different air now, you're married to me” Chris uttered.

“i know” Dara replied happily

“any regrets?” Chris asked

“nope, nothing at all..you?” Dara asked

“Nope, but I intend to make it last. I will do my best to make it last, and I should face your father in the future” Chris replied

Dara just smiled and looked out.

“Madame, Sir Il Woo isn't here, they said he checked out yesterday morning”

“what?! You wait for my orders, I will have his credit card tracked”

Il Woo's mom called for her assistant and checked on his credit card history.

 

“Madame, the last transaction was the other day he went to an amusement park and a dinner in a restaurant”

“where could he be?! Track his phone” His mother exclaimed angrily.
