“Hi” I said shortly and turned my head back

“Sorry about that” He uttered

“Don’t worry” I answered annoyed and got up on my feet

“I’m Taecyeon by the way” He said while blocking my way

“Yeah, nice to meet you but I really gotta go”

“Will I ever see you again?” He asked with a playful smile

I smirked, this guy is unbelievable “We’ll see”

“What should I call you when that happens?”

“Suzy” I said and passed him

“Bye, Suzy!”

Unbelievable, I thought again and shook my head. I went to the house and grabbed my book, it was till very early so I went by the swings

I was reading while enjoying warm morning, when the same countryside girl I saw yesterday walked in front of me and sat on the other swings beside me

“Have you seen the mayor’s son today?”

“No, I have better things to do” I answered and shut my book

“Oh.... I haven’t seen him either”

“Are you trying to start a conversation with me? Because it’s not working” I said and looked at her with annoyed smile

She was looking down when she half smiled “Sorry, I just have no one to talk to” she stood up “Sorry” she repeated and turned around

I sighed “wait, stop!”

The girl slowly turned around surprised

“Come back here”

When she sat down again I turned towards her “Why don’t you have anyone to talk to? What about that girl yesterday you were talking to?”

She smiled bitterly “We got into fight”

“Why?”

“It’s stupid really, but we started bickering about mayor’s son”

I looked at her frowned “You ruined your friendship because of some guy?”

She nodded

I jumped up quickly and stood towards her while she was sitting “Yah! Are you that stupid? Friends are much more important than boyfriends or girlfriends! How can you not know that?”

The girl was looking at me surprised again “Well… It wasn’t me who started bickering, I said I don’t care about him but she didn’t bought it…. But you seem to Have the same experience as me, right?”

I nodded “Yeah, I have, but it’s more complicated than yours, believe me… Anyway, you know what city girl do in these situations?”

She shook her head slowly

I smirked “Revenge”

“How?” she asked confused

I hit her head lightly “Go after the guy she likes” I smiled “Steal him”

She shook her head again “No, I can’t do that, I won’t do that. Even if I wanted to, I don’t know how and my looks aren’t good enough”

“I can help” I said still smiling with my chin slightly up

“I don’t know… I don’t want any drama”

“Hey, it’s her who started this whole drama in the first place. So are you in?”

“But why are you helping me?” she looked at me frowned

I shrugged “I have nothing else to do here, I’m bored”

She looked at me unsure and then sighed “ok”

I smiled and sat on the swings again

“I’m Yoona by the way” the girl said while swinging lightly

“Suzy” I smiled “Ok, so first is knowledge. What do you know about guys?” I was looking at her and hopefully waiting for an answer, but she just sat on the swings silent with shut.

I sighed “Well, the first thing you want to know about guys that they are physical creatures, you’ll have their attention if you look pretty and have style”

“So I need to change my looks” she said doubtfully

“Exactly, so we’ll start tomorrow, unless you’ve changed your mind”

“No, no, I want to do it” she smiled

I smiled back “Great”

Yoona was still on the swings when I left. Just as I was pacing back to my house I remembered I didn’t told Yoona my address “”

When I ran back to the swings, breathing heavily I saw a silhouette on the swings and smiled, but when I got closer to it, I realized it wasn’t Yoona, that person seemed to be a guy, I sighed but still sat on the swings next to that person, maybe Yoona will come back here I’d better wait, I thought.

“Hi, Suzy”

I suddenly turned my head to the right side and saw that boy, Taecyeon, I met today

“Hi” I said as shortly and coldly as I did this morning, and looked around to see if she’s coming.

“I really wanted to see you again” he said softly

I tried hard to stop butterflies in my stomach, as I kept searching with my eyes for Yoona

“Well you did”

“You’re different” he said with the same low yet sweet voice

I frowned and looked at him

“In a good way, of course” he said smiling

I ripped my eyes away from his face and looked around for her again

“Who are you looking for?” he asked while looking around too

I sighed “Friend, but I guess she’s not anywhere here” I said and stood up, he got up as well “Well, I got to go”

But he blocked my way again “Why are you always running away from me?” he asked looking down at me, our faces were a few inches away

“I’m not” I mumbled as my heartbeat started to get faster

“Yes, you are” he lowered his head, so our noses were almost touching “And you’re nervous”

I frowned “And you’re annoying, go away” I tried to push him away, but he didn’t move a inch, I threw my arms down annoyed

He giggled “You’re adorable”

I frowned even more. Taecyeon softly put his finger between my eyebrows “Stop frowing so much, you’ll get wrinkles”

“Then stop annoying me”

He giggled again and stepped out of my way “See you soon, Suzy”

I quickly went to my house with my heart beating fast and flushed cheeks
