Dara is young, carefree, and confused- anxious to get her life started. She rides her bike around the small beach city that she now lives in in search of adventure. She finds solice in the local library and frequents visits to read and borrow books, forming a endearing attachment to the place and the people that define it. She has a new found love for the ocean- and to ride its waves. The problem is she doesnt know how and continues to dream of it. 

Jiyong is cocky and immature. Doesn't care about anyone or anybody in particular. His father owns the bar that faces the beachfront and as far as he's concerned, that's the only thing he cares about.
