1. Open a 650x500px canvas. Fill that canvas with #fbe89b.

2. Drag Sungjong&OC picture to that canvas and blend them as you like. Do resize if you like.

3. Insert the texture {make sure it's above all layer} and set it screen mode afterwards.

4. Insert the next texture once you're done doing stuffs with the first texture. Set it to soft light mode.

5. I typed out 'Star Struck' next, using celine dion handwriting. Right click that text layer and click blending option. Check that drop shadow box {color- #ffdb00 | angle 158} & outer glow {color - #ffdb00}. Don't forget to add your watermark afterwards!

6. Duplicate the layer {CRTL+SHIFT+ALT+E} and go to filter>blur>gaussian blur. Set the radius to 3.0 and click ok. Set that layer to soft light mode.

7. Duplicate the layer once again and go to edit>. With the width of 10px and color #fbe89b. Click ok.

8. Add some PSDs, upload it & share me your work and you're done! :)
